Not really random are they. Something has to tickle that particular synapse, fire a neuron or whatever the fuck they are. Thinking about the saying 'i just had a random thought' got me to thinking about how random the universe is/isn't. If no thought can be truly random, is anything then in fact truly random? I used to be a big believer in chaos in particular, nothing happened for a reason, nothing was truly predictable, there is no design or plan or fate or destiny, but if their is no such thing
