Was this another failed attempt like the underwear bomber, or just a "Stay scared, everyone" type deal?
All the panic that ensued down in Center City Philly showed me that it doesnt matter what the case, just the mention of "possible terror threat" soils undies these days.
Lets keep our eyes in the news for a few weeks, to see if this gets used for more funding, or some type of freedom-theft.
I think it was flour from a cooking demonstration

Wouldnt surprise me if it was a nitrous ballon, leftover from a concert.
The chaos that happened afterwards was almost comical, except I was on 95 for 2.5 hrs afterwards.

Nah....usually it's mostly stoned out of their gourd on the ganja.
When they show up with the big bag o' cookies, that's usually the first clue.
Two of 'em showed up an hour late one day....sharing a huge bag of chocolate chip cookies.....their excuse? "We got lost."
I just shook my head and resumed the lecture.

They smoke some of the "marijuana"....popular slang is "dope", "mary jane", "ganja", "weed"...etc. And a physiological result is to develop cravings for sweets and high fat foods. An effect coined as "having the munchies." Usually marked by a distinct "binging" of said food.
I once ate an entire fuckin' cake after getting baked.....me and the cake.
