I decided to do an experiment with Chi and Music

I consentrate on the warmth between my hands and how it expands between songs.

Firstly, I place the palms of my hands together. rub them a few times. Fixate my mind to concentrate on the energy that will manifest between my hands. then i only concentrate on this. no matter how hot/cold it gets. the mere act of thinking that there's 'nothing' going on between my hands helps. Even if it 'gets warm', I think about the space between my hands.

the energy that I perceive is manifested between my hands. When the energy get's 'really hot', I'll allow my hands to 'fold in and out' according to a particular song.

Some songs won't 'allow my hands to move outward'. Depending on the 'overall feel'.

this is the energy that I feel.

you have to try this before you hear the music. just sit and relax at a desk (preferably) with no other distractions. rest your elbows and put both hands (facing each other) in front of each other. Rub from one side to the other; from one finger tip to the other. then concentrate on putting fingertips to each other and the warmth that is generated in between at the palm area.

slow the motion down and tighten up one hand, then the other.

put both hands facing each other (think with a calm mind) don't press the hands tightly...let them just barely touch each other and slowly bring them apart. VERY SLOWLY.

If you were to take one hand at this time, and place it several inches before your face, you should feel a VERY distinct 'heat'

Now play some music.

Repeat the above steps over until you find your niche. You'll find that your hands willl 'want to part with the accepted energies...or not'.

I've tried this with many different kinds of music.

Listen to the start of the song ...individual instruments. Violen, bagpipes(?) drums.

then start the song over again.

Put your hands together like I described before, but this time ONLY concentrate on the music of these partcular instruments. The key is in RELAXING yourself. If you need to start over with the song...please do.

the idea is to make your mind 'receptive' to allowing the songs to 'burst' through your ears. I know that sounds wierd. PRACTICE.

While this is taking place, focus on your hands. Feel the strength of the song...it's every beat and nuances, and feel the 'heat' between your hands. Get rid of all other sounds around you.

This is 'key' when you first learn to use this.

You know, I thought of something like that. Sparks or something physical being manifested. I think I need to expand my 'awareness' more. I feel as though I'm only at the 'beginning' of this. Baby steps.

Where music is concerned, it always helps the ambiance. Cerain tones bring about different emotions; to how chi might be interpreted on a subconscious level, and brought forward to the conscious.

On the opposite polar level, Budhists strive for Nirvana by detaching themselves from 'self'.

It's known that our physical surroundings are affected by mere thought. And vice versa. It's a two-way street.

Take for example (pretty sure I showed this one before) what happens when we feel/think different thoughts around water (on the atomic level?):
