Twice a day for 30 mins. They do have a taste to em but it's nothing you couldn't handle. You might have some sensitivity at first but it's only temporary and nothing to worry about it. Give em a shot. :)

If you have porcelain work in your mouth you can't use them either. It won't harm the porcelain, but it won't change their color either so you'll have a bunch of shiny white teeth all around the fake duller ones. Unless you spend another $2500 bucks on new dental work, then you can't drink coffee, tea, wine or smoke. LOL

That happened to my grandson. The dentist painted them with something. The strips might work for you. That is assuming you aren't a child waiting on permanent teeth.

A lot of people say MMS (MIracle Mineral Solution) whitens your teeth. It's definitely improved my oral health a LOT. I can't say there's been much whitening though, but there are too many testimonials out there for them all to be fake.

Bump to say that it's not a good idea to put em on right after your brush. It burns the fuck outta your gums.
