Where I can get a used car, relatively cheap, and runs well? I don't have a vehicle anymore and I have no way of getting to work. That or some tires for my fucking bike, lol.

Use auto trader. I always rely on it. I have never paid more than a grand for a car and that was only once. Gone through four cars in my life. I got two for 500 and one for 300.
Various things happened causing me to buy a new used car but all the same when I need a new ( used ) car I use autotrader to find me the best freaking deal.

If your looking for a second hand car, try and find something thats only had a couple of owners, where they keep up maintance.
Or give ima a yell on skype, he sell's cars, he could be heplful . . . I'll give him a yell and let him know we've finally found a use for him if you like :D

Actually my method is being lucky enough to have a great uncle who owns his own wrecker service therefore enabling me to get hookups. ;)
