EFT=emotional freedom techniques. Have any of yall ever looked into this before? It's a procedure in which you tap certain energy meridians on your body with your fingers. These meridians are the same ones that are treated during acupuncture.

For the longest time I thought all that acupuncture and body energy shit was bogus but then I was told to check out EFT. When I completed the process I noticed a very subtle change in my body's energy.

Most people usually tap their points because they want to rid themselves of negative feelings that stem from depression, trauma, etc. However, it can be used for pretty much anything. Check this site out:

Oh btw, that site has a free pdf manual that you can DL and learn the tapping process and put it into use. It's not that long, only about 70 or 80 pages. Try it. It really works.

Its possible it has shared ideas. What I have learnt is more about field projection, mainly for my Yang style and for sword control, but its also applicable in many other areas, including channeling energy into acupuncture needles. It can also be used in.... intimate applications.

But yeah, we are made aware of the flow of energy around us, the main routes it uses, and so on.
