Bout a month ago or so, I came down with 'something' akin to the flu.

Leave it to my daughter to take a nap in my bed, and I'd get whatever sickness she had.

I had the equivelant of:

* Body aches/muscle joints
* Sore throat
* 75% decreased energy/lethargic
* 'Something' that was close to a fever, but never developed
* Coughing up sputum - cleared after a few days
* NO major conjestion overall

All this dissipated after 48 - 72 hours TOPS.

The other morning (Fri), I felt like shit again:

* Fever (101 F) - subsided after Sat. morning
* Body aches/muscle joints
* 80% decreased energy/lethargic

What does it feel like?

It's like having 'bit's and pieces' of a flu, only to reacur after while, and go through the rigamoral ALL OVER AGAIN...but in spliced-up forms.

Might wanna get checked out ducks...

That kind of stuff can also be symptomatic of an advanced infection...

If it keeps reoccuring, it might be an indicator of something...

Mabey...

Just the other day, I noticed a 1/2 -1 inch lump forming under the skin around my left jaw

It's tender.

Under my left eye area was what I thought to be forming - zit. I squeezed/picked at it, and it doesn't seem to be healing properly. I have antibiotic salve for it, but....hmmm

Under the lump (what I mentioned above) there is something else forming in my throat area. A smaller version of the 'lump' that I mentioned above.

There's such a high incidence of sickness in my area, I don't dare chance going to the hospital or dr's again.

It's a catch 22.

I need to get this monitored, but at the same time, I don't need to compound other sicknesses upon sicknesses by going to places that are crawling with infections.

There are simply billions of bugs and infections out there. Children are great at bringing them in and if you dont have a resisistance to it, you will get it.
Also, as you get older your bodies resistance to bugs will drop.
Do they still have 'Chicken Pox' Parties where you live? Thats a great idea so the kids get it very young then its finished. FAR better than getting it when you are older.

Its one of the few benefits of being a musician. When you start you are in front of thousands of people and are subjected to many bugs etce as the heat from their bodies lifts them up. You get a resistance to a lot of bugs that others dont.
Nowadays I havent had a cold or flu for around 20 odd years.
