word for word it probably translates right, but here, i'll break it down in clusters for you:
Saya merokok = i smoke
seketul daging = chunk of meat
pagi ini, = this morning
saya = i
sebelah kanan = right-hand side
lapar sekarang= hungry now
juga = also
Saya mempunyai = i own
satu = one
sendi gemuk = fat tendon/muscle/joint
bergulung = rolled/rolled up
untuk kemudian = for later
yang = that
saya adalah = i am
berharap = hope
juga = also

Nope. It still says you smoked a chunk of meat this morning and your right-hand side is hungry now.
Here's the proper sentence:
"Saya hisap seketul ganja pagi ini, sekarang pun sudah lapar."
Saya hisap == I smoked/inhaled/sucked
seketul ganja == a chunk of weed [or you can sub ganja with dam/bal/yau/bola/sayur... these are all slang words for weed.. sayur == vegetable]
pagi ini, == this morning
sekarang pun == now also
sudah lapar == already hungry.
Yes, I am sober now. And you're still not using "lah" properly, but it's okay, that's kinda hard to figure out unless you hear examples of usage everyday.
Actually, urban dictionary (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=lah) has a pretty good entry on that slang/suffix.
