Having seen responses to things over at SHTF, I think its Septic Overweight and/or Springers new baby.
The responses are simply TOO ATS, the 'OH WOW' factor is alarming. And where do they get their posters from all of a sudden?
Sorry but methinks its an ATS offspring, the mentality of banning is too alike, the arselicking of people like Lear, Singh the Merciless and Linda Mouldy Howe is sickening.

That information is something your browser is broadcasting to every element on the website...

The site has then info because the browser send it. It can be disabled in homebrew stuff (not IP) but then the site might reject you request. Some use parts of it to attempt to determine if a proper user/login is running.

Your IP address is needed so you can receive the data. The browser version is needed so its in the right format.
The ISP is resolved from the IP address and the DNS by a lookup. Without DNS you could only surf by IP and not by URL.
The info will be converted in real time into a .jpg and returned.
Why is this a question though, as this info is always broadcast, and always has been. Did you not realise that everything is "traceable" on the internet. Using a proxy server can interpose another IP, but the proxy will still hold the real one at the time.[/offsite:15w3tzh4]
