Worry not if your on the west coast. The US will never stage a false flag nuclear event in the west coast. They would want the nuclear winds to carry off shore into the ocean.
Maybe in Florida...
The place gets scrubbed by hurricanes anyway...

If it did hit, give it about 10-20 mins (roundabouts) before it wipes out my hometown out too. Assuming we'll get some kind of notification when SHTF, I'd give myself and family/friends about 25 mins to 1/2 hour before I'm high-tailing it northwards to the top of Ontario.
