I have been repeatedly raped of my right per a unconstitutional restraining order. I dont even give a damn anymore about being nice to my sons mom. Ive tried and tried and tried and that fucking cunt just keeps pulling her outrageous bullshit.

I dont have any custody because of this restraining order.
I cant own a gun.
I cannot speak about anything with my boys mom other then issues with him, and even that is vague.
I have no say in anything with him.

I was accused of hitting her after I kicked her lazy, drunk, slutty ass out of MY house for being lazy, drunk and slutty.

I didnt touch her. No marks...nothing.

Because of that and her being "afraid" she had a 4 year R.O. placed against me that has fucked me up.

It is a blatant violation of my first, second and fifth amendment rights.

In her mind this is a question. Sounds to me like an accusation. I called her and asked on what basis did she decide that I cut his hair. "It looks shorter, and he said Nani (my mom) cut his hair."

Hes two years and 3 mo old by the way. He told me the other day that he saw batman and spiderman climbing up the tree behind our house and chopping the top off with a knife. A sharp one. He has quite an imagination.

This woman will not get it through her skull.

Soooo...She threatened to take me to court for a violation of custody agreement! Meanwhile her lazy ass smashed her car. Shes has been in violation of the agreement for 3 mo now. Contempt? Ive been violating the R.O for three months to come pick him up to be nice and help out and today she said that she was calling me in for it. I was trying to help. Ive already been in, and got a DPA for a violation once (false again) so if she really does call I get 9 mo for that plus another year and 3mo for a second violation. Id have to defend myself since Ive already lost twice with lawyers.

But all she wants is "To have him have a normal life and a father that is around."

I need to get this restraining order taken care of but I dont know how. The system is so big and Ive been beaten down by it so many times that I have no money and no spirit left.

I just want to disappear, but I cant leave my son with her. I couldnt live with myself.

I moved out, she never moved in (instead, she moved into a house with her girlfriend). She then took me back to court to get me to be responsible for half the monthly payments until the house sold. The judge met her half way, I was responsible for half of October, and half of November, the judge "ordered" her to break the lease with her girlfriend and move into the house by December 1st, and resume the payments until the house sold. She refused to do it, claiming "he can't make me lay my head where I don't want to".

So, when April rolled around and she wanted a copy of my tax return (per the divorce decree) I told her I'll give it to her, just as soon as she makes up the 8 mortgage payments she missed, and restores my credit score to the 745 it was prior to her refusing the court order.

She seeks refuge from a document that she herself completely ignores... I will never give her a copy of my tax returns. Unless she makes up the 8 mortgage payement's (1st and second) that she refused to pay under a court order.

As I said, so far she hasn't made any attempt to make up the back payments, and she never gave me my half of her 401k, which she stated in her affidavit.

We'll see just how slanted the process is towards women when we go to court. If the judge threatens me with jail time or hand over the tax returns, I'm going to jail... let them house and feed me, fuck it. I'll just work out all day and my ex can get shit!

I'd like to think I did what anyone else would have normally done, under the same circumstances. Since I've met Courtney we discussed getting a place together. In fact a couple weeks back I went to a mortgage company and they said I didn't have a chance because of what my wife did by not making the mortgage payments. Even though I had no legal right to the house according to the divorce decree, the mortgage companies dont give a flying fuck, I was still obligated to make the payments in their eyes.

And this is how vindictive this cunt is...

Around the middle of February of '09 when it was apparent she wasn't moving into the house (per the court order) I asked my lawyer to send her a letter... if she would quit claim the house to me, I'd make the payments and re-apply for a loan to kick her off. (Mind you she had not made the December payment, January payment, nor the February payment... and we owed about $42k more for the house than it was worth) And you know what the dumb bitch said??? No! No, she wasn't going to let me have it. Even when we were upside down by $42k she said no. After that my attorney said give it up, there's no winner...

So I gave up getting back the only place my son ever called home!

Here's what sucks...Now that I've met someone I want to settle down with, I can't qualify for a mortgage, all because my ex wife failed to live up to her end of the divorce decree, and now she wants relief under this same document... the one she completely ignores herself!

I guess we'll see...
