I think Danny B is suffering from some type of mental illness...although at times he does exhibit clarity.
My opinion is that his ramblings are perhaps 90% hogwash.
Who can say for sure though?

First: I know nothing about MJ12. Nothing about Dan Burish.
I saw this video some time ago and I wondered how someone with such lack of composure could have gotten so far past the veil of secrecy.
He looks like the proverbial raving lunatic.
Which may be the whole point of the video.
I did enjoy the plastic disco ball ~ spinning, and the tie dye. :P

Notice how no two "security camera" tapes are filmed from the same position? He mounted some cheap ass security camera to the ceiling above his kitchen table and moves it so whatever he wants to focus on is in frame.
Stupid staged bullshit.
I bet if you went to his local county probate court you could use these tapes to make a sound argument for mandated mental health assessments.
