View Full Version : Eventually...We'll Reach The STARS

It's our destiny you know.
The way we are headed - technology wise.
But are we really ready?

Will it settle for what we have?
Now THERE'S the GRAND question!!!!!
Was waiting for someone to reach above and beyond.
The universe is constantly growing. As should we. To settle for anything less, would place us back in the original gateposts of our arrival.
There MUST be a balance between technology and (............)
I left the space open for you guys to fill in the blanks.
Let's see what we come up with?

Growing requires us as a species to value knowledge more than material wealth and comfort that comes at the expense of others.
We won't be allowed to expand unless the wankers in charge figure out a way of maintaining their stranglehold on us.
Which is probably why they won't let us have all that juicy tech and knowhow they have hoarded, in case they lose grip.

Reaching above and beyond requires first reaching below and behind. You have to understand where you're going before you can go. Otherwise, tragedy and failure is inevitable.

Would this knowledge come in *ahem* 'spiritual form* as well? "The different degrees of obtaining knowledge"

This is a 'two-part' answer for me...
Snow. Remember when we last talked? I do. The 'wankers' have only a short ruling time on this planet. They're stepping up the pace as we speak. (I'll answer some questions in here, and others in PM)
Which is probably why they won't let us have all that juicy tech and knowhow they have hoarded, in case they lose grip.
Funny thing is...
They HAVE let us obtain certain techs already...in exchange for (.......)
They've been losing grip in the last long while, and have been anteing up the stakes.

Ok then...let's talk about our current situation.
Bring it back down to earth...if you will.
Let's MORE than assume that there are other 'habitable' planets out there.
The age old question: "Are we alone in this universe?"
I say this with an empathic 'NO!!!!"
In our galaxy alone, there is at least 100,000,000 stars (likened unto our own) that COULD produce life such as our own.
There are BILLIONSSSSSS UPON TRILLIONSSSSSSSSSS OR GALAXIES OUT THERE.
To say we are alone in the universe...is fucking insane.

I had an interesting thought about a week ago, which leads me to postulate some things about the universe.
As above, so below.
All things being equal, the simplest explanation usually the correct one.
The simplest explanation, all things being equal, is that we are indeed not alone (all things being equal, intelligent life DOES exist everywhere throughout the universe), but the reason that we are not encountering noticeable alien traffic is because there is essentially NONE. All alien intelligences, or at least ones which would have the same desires to contact us as we would them, all things being essentially equal.... means that they are not much "more evolved" than we are. The few that are "more evolved" than us (cuz it happens) do not make their presence known to the most who are not. Instead, they let the Gods speak to the unenlightened species. The Gods in the Heavens of our own sages and seers.
I'd go so far as to say that very very few, if any, whole species have attained enough enlightenment to be able to traverse that great heaven above. All you have to do is look around you at the terrestrial spectrum, and you'll pretty much see the blueprint for all planets with life on them. The universe is a place of balance, and enlightenment comes one mind at a time. Not everybody just magically ascends to mastery of the universe because of the work of a few, or because a certain clock hand is in a certain position. Some people follow the clocks, some don't. Most follow false clocks. Some build their own clocks from scratch. Indeed, any clock that isn't built by scratch is a false clock. Through examination of the omniversal clocks of creation and destruction, each clock builder learns the trade, and then builds upon the false trades of others their own true time tellers. Each and every individual in the whole entire universe does that entirely on its own.
There would be no need for exoteric federations of galacticity in this realm of existence. The esoteric orders need not travel to and from individual planets to convey information to the initiates of the greater heights. Efficiency, man. Efficiency requires balance.
Galactif Federations will come about when the evolution of the "material" universe is on an equal plane with the evolution of the universes which are above and below the material world we are aware of.
The answer is "no". Alien conspiracy is the new distraction, which may become dangerously "real" if allowed to continue. I assume it will be allowed to continue, simply because danger and confusion is needed.
The real danger is free enlightenment from some idiotic force which obviously doesn't understand the universe very well.

If you say the above to be true...
Then you HAVE TO FIX your siggy to read:
UFO's DO exist.

You just admitted that we are NOT Alone.

we're already tampering with 'stuffs' right now.your 'stuffs' is the wrong stuff. It's our 'technology' that has brought the world to the edge of extinction. It will ultimately culminate in either a mushroom cloud or a social Borg- maybe both. You really think that after fucking up this beautiful planet mankind's goal ought to be to abandon it for greener pastures? Maybe we ought to clean up our mess before we decide to create new shit-holes on new worlds. If you think for a moment that philosophy does not apply to the human challenge you're betraying a disastrous lack of imagination. I'm not surprised.

And WHAT pre tell is 'my stuffs'?
Explain.
Our so-called technology brought our world to brink of extinction in the past. THAT'S if you've been keeping up with the 'forbidden technology' so far.
Right up til now, we are sooooo close to deaths door with our techno...we COULD wipe ourselves off the earth at any time NOW.
It will ultimately culminate in either a mushroom cloud or a social Borg- maybe both. You really think that after fucking up this beautiful planet mankind's goal ought to be to abandon it for greener pastures?
WTF? If it ever came to that point in time, we will have either gone down in population levels as to be close to 'extinct', as well as the fact we wouldn't have a fucking goddam leg to stand on where 'star trek federation' levels are concerned. Talk about the UTLIMATE HUMILATION on many levels.
Maybe we ought to clean up our mess before we decide to create new shit-holes on new worlds.
That's the best fuckin thing you said all week.
If you think for a moment that philosophy does not apply to the human challenge you're betraying a disastrous lack of imagination. I'm not surprised.
Philosophy DOES apply.
But what applies MORE, is when we get our fucking 'technological act into gear', and REALISE that we only have ONE FUCKING PLANET TO LIVE ON.
This one.
If we all can't strive (in the same direction, same philosophies/ same technologies) then...
...therein lies the perverbial 'space roadblock'.

Of course it would Ducks. Everything's an exploration. Humanity must become aware, en masse, of things beyond, and by beyond of course, I dont necessarily mean in terms of distance. The Way and The Energy. People too often draw lines of division between science and spiritualism. There need not be such lines, as long as when practicing either, we can be honest, so as not to favour it and spite the other. Like those fucking morons who reckon science is fundementally evil and against their perception of God.
We need to mature. Humanity seems to mature at a slower rate than how fast it learns to blow shit up and pollute things.

Science is NOT the evidence of 'spirit'. It never was.
To claim as such is ludicrous. Because there hasn't been any evidence of 'spirit' to any degrees, you're spewing falsities yet once again.
