Each day we hear and see how many of our soldiers have been killed via IED's etc,for these Afghan people who the Majority are Muslims,is the cause worth it? NO thats my answer,and why are the politicians all for keeping our soldiers there? i am sick and tired of our returning Dead Soldiers,dieing for a Muslim cause and being KILLED by muslims,make sense of that.its all screwed up,get our soldiers out,and close all the borders of these Muslim countys that cause trouble.also no Trade, no nothing for them untill they become civilised or let them Rot in these shit country's. :projectile:

Look, I'll let you in on a little secret. We never invaded Afghanistan on behalf of 'a Muslim Cause'. You wanna know why our troops are dying? Corporate profit, in the guise of 'fighting terrorism'. The fact the indigenous population are Muslim has by and large FUCK ALL to do with the proceedings.

As BK has already pointed out, you need to do some serious research, and when you have, you will know who you should be angry at. You will know who cooked up bogus wars to profit from, and dumped our soldiers in the latest military quagmire. In the first place, these people didn't ask for help. The Western invasion of Afghanistan was in response to 9/11. They figured it was Osama's guys, and the Taliban who were in power in Afghanistan at the time was sheltering Bin Laden. I thought this was public knowledge. Where the hell do you get your news?

And so the invasion begins and as in most wars, many civilian casualties were incurred. And it still happens until this day. They look for one Taliban chief, bomb the whole wedding/funeral/village the guy was said to be attending and kill many many people. But they dress that up as "collateral damage". How is collateral damage that kill civilians gonna endear anyone to your "help"? Take note of that last point, sounds familiar doesn't it? Kinda like "how am I suppose to like helping your people if you keep planting these IEDs to take down my boys."

Just because you may feel powerless, and understandably frustrated, is no excuse to direct your angry at an easier target. It is your DUTY to direct your anger at those TRULY responsible, if you REALLY give a fuck about those kids out there getting killed.

Oh, there is ONE other thing. Not every muslim is part of the same sect, tribe, political movement, etc. If you think the indigenous population of Afghanistan is one coherent body of "Infidel Hating Islamofacists" (or whatever the right wing media are calling them these days), then you really should not even be commenting on this topic.
