With the talk about website attacks that have ramped up, why has Microsoft been spared. I would guess windows would be heavily involved as the OS on the attack machines if it is by infected hosts.

So often news of product problems severely affects the bottom line of a company. Seems MS is immune to blame. Guess the world really doesn't care. Maybe this will be a bonus for Google's OS.

The fact that MS doesn't give a fuck still doesn't help Apple very much, even with a hugely popular ad campaign that illustrates just that.

20 years ago MS established low expectations for customer support and has never exceeded them, they have just added forums.

Couple that with the utter ubiquitousness of their product and you get Lilly Tomlin skits all over again...

I think MS has cashed in on the fact that those making the ultimate money decisions in business don't know any better. The bar is set at near crap with no need to move it. One day it will become sorely obvious.
