what was it i heard recently, something like USA is basically borrowing 80 million?? a day from china?
and that the only reason china does this is to keep its own inflation down low which allows them to produce incredibly cheap goods, of which most of gets shipped right back to the western world anyway.

The "nanny state" has groomed a generation or two of people who don't want to work, never have, and effectively have no job skills as a result (unless you consider the cunning it takes to milk the system). Lump those worthless fucks in with the people who want to work but have lost jobs to outsourcing and I wouldn't cry foul at an 18% number.

Back before the judge made me sell the Bimmer I called the service department at the local dealer and was connected to a call center in ?? (India I think), after 20 minutes of "what did you say" and repeating myself ad nauseum I hung up and called back, only to be connected with another one. A single point BMW dealer in podunked Reno is outsourcing it's service calls to India, WTF??

Multiply that number by a factor of ?? because of what?? the bottom line? investors? an unskilled work pool? greed? Pick one...
