This has been around the internet block in the last while and I wanted all of your opinions about this one.

Could very well be. Everyone and their dog will be trying to capitalize off his fortunes one way or another in the next while.
My theory is that someone (alive) walked across the room in front of a window (left side of room), and the back wall was like a screen for the 'shadow', instead of a ghost walking directly across the threshold of the doorway itself.

its just someones shadow reflecting through a window in the far room to the left.
I was startled for a minute, but it is obvious that the shadow changes with the change in reflection of the light.

Black guys are tradionally black, and ghosts are traditionally white, yet MJ was white and his ghost is black. Go figure. Even in death he's original.
Still, it's a good find whoever caught that, but yeah, I doubt that's a ghost. I tend to agree with the shadow idea. Plus ghosts tend to be accompanied by orbs which there don't seem to be any of, and often ghosts aren't fully manifest (according to the various ghost stories I've heard anyway) whereas that's clearly a whole body.

I don't think that has a bearing on anything really. Color of skin etc.
I always thought that those who 'hung around' after death, that had unfinished buisness and 'other stuffs' would portray themselves as a 'shadow'. But that's my opinion.
