ever wanted to totally immerse yourself in a simulation so real, you forget it's just a game?
All the way from the big bang and up, Develop into multicellular land dwelling creatures, Fight for resourses, evolve into an intelligent species, start a civilization, then start a holy jihad, shop til you drop, and worship the gods.... coming 2012, BE Creation. Pay money to live in a vegetative state for a month immersed in a simulated Life.
Imagine if that kept happening within simulations..... simulations within simulations.... worlds of artifice becoming indistinguishable from "real", no way to tell whether you've arrived in a real world out of a simulated one, or into a simulated world out of a real one.
