Apparently this guy can!

He seems to be pretty good at what he does too.

Meet Piers Corbyn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piers_Corbyn). He's a maverick in the meteorlogical community, with a Phd under his belt as well as extensive studies and research involving "The Solar Weather Technique".

Corbyn's predictions are based on what is called "The Solar Weather Technique."[8] The technique "combines statistical analysis of over a century of historical weather patterns with clues derived from solar observations."[1] He considers past weather patterns and solar observations and sun-earth magnetic connectivity. Conventional meteorology claims that such influences cause minimal impact on the Earth's atmosphere[9]. Corbyn has declined to publish the details of his method.

Corbyn is also a global warming sceptic, and a noted dissenter in reports about the storms in Europe in 2000[10] and in Martin Durkin's documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle. Corbyn has stated that the anthropogenic contribution to global warming is minimal with any increase in temperature due to increased solar activity. Recent research from Lancaster University alleges there is no link between solar activity and climate change. 11[/offsite:29wlf620]

What the hell is that round thing next to the globe on his desk?

"Orangie" the weather predicting Jack O' Lantern?

Wait... I think I just heard my bus go by...

Ah well, there's always another one after that.

Ah shit!

I missed that one, too!

What was he talking about again?

Damn, now I've got to watch it all over again...

Did any of his predictions come true?

How come it's only for the month of June?

I thought he could predict a year ahead of time...
