I had to see the Christian BULLSHIT for myself...

With a stomach full of starbucks green tea I walk toward a church in East County San Diego with my girlfriend on a Sunday morning. Excited to see all the hot & innocent christian girls, my lustful motives remain hidden from my female counterpart.

Our conversation on the way to the church goes like this:
Me- "Can we bring our drinks in... --interrupted --"yeah it's okay..."
I whisper "bitch" under my breath.

I take her word and we go inside sipping on venti green teas. Without a minute passing by, I am pleased to see some heavenly tits and ass. THe place was big, filling about an ampitheater of people. Before sitting we both seperate in this lobby-like area and go the the bathroom. As always, I come out first from the bathroom and have no choice but to linger around until she gets out.

I notice that there are old men as volunteers for the church holding metal treys that looks like a giant revolvers. The trey contained thimble sized shots of the "blood of christ" and in the middle was rectangular centimeters of dried "body of christ". I think it was juice and bread.

One of the old men comes around and asks me politely:
"would you like the sacrament?"
Having an odd feeling about the situation, and being raised catholic I said:
"Not right now, thanks.."

The old man was a little surprised by my answer, he then proceeds inch by inch to attendees behind me and around me. Within two minutes, he approaches me and presents the wine and bread tray into my midsection without saying a word. I am baffled and impressed by his reptilian swagger and aggressiveness and I give in. I grab a thimble of juice and a wee piece of dried something. My girlfriend arrives at the same time I pick up the piece of christ.

I begin to drink his blood... "no, not now!" My girl says. "He jumped the gun" the old reptilian man laughs. When I ended up eating this stuff, I couldn't help but think that whatever is in this juice and bread will help brainwash me. Oh well...

After we found seats, the Minister started:

-Selling a Bible
-Selling a seminar
-Selling this
-Selling that

Then he began to tell the story of JOB. And it went like this:

"Job was at the worst of his life. He was spitted on and disrespected daily. JOb use to be respected and Kings would stand up when he entered a room. Job life sucks now, Job life was better in the past. He asked God why me? I know why JOb lifes suck. God wants to test him. God eventually responds. Tune in next week."

=Complete nonesense with no intellectual value whatsoever. With any luck, the minister will suffer the same way because of karmic rule in this universe...

NOW THE NEXT PART MAKES ME SICK AND YOU AND EVERY LOGICAL MINDED INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE PISSED OFF TOO! The minister gave a welcome and a thanks to missionaries (a very old couple) who ended up getting a standing ovation from the church. I had to stand and clap too- I had to blend in to my reptilian brethren.

so you want to know what the couple did?

THey visited a tribe in south america who knew nothing about civilized culture and spent years teaching them the book of Jesus Christ... A culture who knows nothing, will now have their minds chained by "the book". It was disgusting and I wanted to puke and shit on the minister and everyone who thought it was such a great deed.

Anyways, I spent the rest of the time in church looking around at all the mindless dingbats that filled the seats around me. "How can they be so stupid?" Oh well, I guess if people don't know how to be good, they have to be told. I have nothing against church really, it's just bullshit. Everyone bullshits.

Nice story Royal, very funny.

I would have felt the same.

I am baffled and impressed by his reptilian swagger and aggressiveness and I give in.
They're a "good" christian when they're a pushy christian.
I was at my grandparents the other day and they were listening to one of those christian channels.
The preacher was going on about disease. He sayed that disease and illnesse was the devils tool(creation the way he put it).
And in some way related it to flu seasons and such. Not sure how; it's hard to follow along in their logic sometimes.
But in my mind i'm thinking " Didn't god create everything ?, aren't diseases living things( in a sense) just trying to live and survive ?, and i said to myself aren't humans a disease( in a sense) to the planet?

True, I wish more people would standup in church and challenge this crazy and dangerous shit that these "speakers of god" rant on about every sunday.
I also remember hearing a preacher on tv tell his listeners to not think...Really, who is this guy...a dumbass? He says " god doesn't want you to think".
There was also a really stupid message in the newspaper a few months ago about a certain event, but i can't remember what it was.
These kinds of people really get on my nerves.

Every Sunday '11 : 15 am i drive passed our local Church which is situated on a hill at some traffic lights, and theres a long lay-by at the side of the road where these Sunday church goers park their cars, and at the above time its turnout time, and the people i see are some that i know, these same people i know are some of the worst Bad Bastards in our area, and that brings me to the conclusion that a lot of church goers are 100% Hippocrits, see i told you all i was a louzy speller,so called do-gooders it makes me throw up.

I think this church stuff become popular due to it entertainment value. Had TV and radio been invented a few hundred year earlier things might have been different. In the old days church and Sunday afternoon were the big social and gossip events. TV could have put a big dent in the picture of jesus sales since a person could just push a button to see one.

Royal...

I had a girlfriend once who made me go to church with her 3 times a week...

I always asked that we sat on the edges...

she realized why when she saw me filling the tithe envelope full of the dead flies from the window sill...

Thus, why we broke up after 3 years... and why I'm married to an Agnostic with Buddhist tendencies :P

 Now they have and your soul is going to burn in the eternal fires of Hell and Satan with turn you on a spit over a roasting fire for eternity for your transgressions...~Muahahaha~

While I am no ignorant ape, nor a mindless barbarian, it sounds like you went there just to mock them. I am not of any one particular faith, as a matter of fact, I do not practice nor attend church, but then again this is because if I wanted to buy into the theories of "miracles", prophets, and the history of sexual depravity, I do realize that people as a society in general, need something to believe in whether it's delving into the farthest reaches of the Amazon in order to "bring religion to the ignorant savages" or to pray over the sick, and listen a man behind a pulpit "selling the Bible".

Generally, I leave other people to believe what they want to believe, and share with them like-minded ideals when it suits me.

To me, the Bible represents a telling of the history of man as well as the Art of War wrapped up in an entertaining and novel "book", but then again I studied the original Greek from a teacher who was himself a veteran student and teacher of both Greek and Hebrew. You would be surprised to know many things within the "good book" are there for re-telling to the people after that time that it happened, and by Hebrew history those stories were all originally passed down from elder to the next wise generation as a means to help bring wisdom to the next generations.

It's only when the Catholic church got involved and King James as well as the Council of Nicea, that it became a means of strongly being the control mechanism over the rest of the world it is today.

Personally, my theory is that Jesus never walked on water, it was an optical illusion, based on many things like the superstitions of the day, as well as there are places in the Middle East where the rock formations delve into the lakes an inch under the water but due to many things this is not seen easily unless you are clairvoyant as well as the person has the ability to sell the illusion, like Jesus having learned from John the Baptist in how to be a showman.

As well as this, since the Council of Nicea happened in order to cannoize the books of the Bible, parts were left out intentionaly because Catholicism is based around Rome, and the Romans were occupying Jerusalem at the time of "Christ's" life, they did not like that he was a rebel, who did not take advantage of the Jews like the rest of the elders in the name of "civilizing" that region, and conspired to so dilute the story of Jesus so as to guarantee when he came back that he would never be able to live up to his historical "Superman" persona, but alas the ignorant Catholics forget one major thing, and that is whenver Jesus was supposed to come back, he will not be coming back to take two loaves of bread and five fishes to feed the masses, instead he will be coming back to declare war on the corrupt politicians who are financial predators, and the "Whore of Babylon" that is the current Catholic church with it's opportunistic ex-Nazi youth and current leader, "Benedict".

After all, Government, church, and society, need control mechanisms in order to control the masses, not the people who are civilized to know that you have to adapt to the climate in a free-thinking manner and understand the true meaning of mankind, to live in the moment without harming others, and carry on the good work of the Lord.

Did I pass?

Now, where the fuck is my long-pig and grape juice?

If you delve deep enough, all of the secrets of history will unfold, like a lover unwrapping their naked body, and spreading her perverbial thighs, ready for you to stick your mind in up to your ears, and listen real intently.

Well, it only takes a little bit of common sense, a little bit of reality, and a vivid imagination to see through Government, church, and societal propaganda, but most people do not delve into history enough to come to an understanding of how the world really works.

But then again, it might just be me, since I never needed this book to begin with, but read it as an afterthought.

To me, the Bible represents a telling of the history of man

it's a pretty shitty history book considering large parts of it are a mish mash of mythology's from Egypt, Sumer, Ugarit and possibly Phoenicia.

It's about as accurate as a mel brooks movie.

The end reason, as well as the end game, through a game plan, is for these bastards to fleece their flocks, while preaching that wolves in sheep's clothing are out there, in order to terrorize their own people into submission, in order to get those people to suppilcate themselves into subserviance.

Something i thought i should add. As many say, my 2 cents

I try not to get too angry at most because a lot are not clued in or open to other possibilities, but some of this religious stuff is dangerous.
Most preachers i see locally; i believe, really believe that the bible(kingjames) is the complete and real word of god. People only believe in that book and religion because it was the way they were raised and there is little to no oppertunity to break that cycle. Or they have some sort of experiance and the try and understand it by reasoning it out. Usually by attaching what religious knowledge they have; such as christianity/ or the religion they grewup with. There is a lack of education and religious freedom. Most preachers think they are doing a good deed by preaching the word of god and believe in him. As for more mainstream or 'tv guys', they likley know it's bs and continue the control and fear, fear god, fear satan, fear this, fear that.....oh and give me your money and all that crap. You were born evil, you were born a sinner, you will do evil, and you must be made to feel guilty about what you have done and will do. Those preachers are the politicians. It's the end of the world stuff they constantly rant on about that gets me worried. All that negative thought and energy. Bad karma. The worlds going to hell, jesus will be back soon, the world will end, 10% or less will go to heaven while the rest burn in hell for ever, and god will sit in his chair with his experiment over. I wonder if he will be satisfied and i wonder if he's happy, i wonder what he feels and thinks of all those who did not make it..........i wonder....is god sad, does god care.....and the big question.........WHY.

i wonder what he feels and thinks of all those who did not make it..........i wonder....is god sad, does god care.....and the big question.........WHY.All made out of whole cloth, Cheesie. There are some authentic truths in the Gospels and they put the lie to what passes for 'Christianity' these days. The Beatitudes are a blueprint for building an ethical culture.

It's not that each ideology doesn't have its own merits, from the Catholic Church to NWA, it's how far that any given ideology can take you in your exploration of the universe in which you find yourself.

NWA may not be applicable outside the inner city. Romanism may not be applicable outside the "inner city"-like comfort level of most practitioners.

Just because you're requirements for spiritual fulfillment are a bit more demanding doesn't mean that there isn't a fulfilling spiritual experience to be had.

Because they only care about the innocent. The poor people without a chance to learn about God. The rest have heard already of the word. The rest know and DECIDE not to obey the word. The rest are the 90% that are ruining the world. To follow the word and be saved is the only way. Convert those who have not yet heard. Teach them the ways of donation, to help others convert and to build facilities. Organize the community. Become teaches of the word, students of the word. The adolescents need to be strong in the time of judgement ahead. They will need to fight and defend what they and their people have built form those who have DECIDED to refrain from accepting the word.

Im not anti religious at all, but it just kind of angers me to see all the cash churchgoers hand over, leave their neighborhood.

Im sure if there was a poll of donators, (is that a word?) they would much rather see the abandoned house on theyre corner fixed, and resided in, than go across the ocean to someone they never met, or care about.

Or even feed, clothe, or care for a war vet that cant afford anything, than purchase 6 round trip tix overseas.
