View Full Version : Speaking of cults... the Urantia Movement!!!

Oh speaking of cults.... check out this Urantia cult I've been researching as of late. I'm thinking of joining sometime in the future because I already called the place (I thought it was an innocent organic farming community until they sent me their introductory letter) and I wanna take it down by faking it to make it:
http://www.globalcommunitycommunicationsalliance.org/
Formerly called the Aquarian Concepts Community:
http://www.rickross.com/reference/acc/acc3.html
Alter ego to watch out for (the community I contacted), may be more. I'll explain why in a minute:
http://www.avalongardens.org/
All based in and around Sedona AND on the outskirts of Tucson.
This is another Urantia Book based cult. The Urantia Book, guys.... a very dangerous cult because nobody knows who wrote the book, so these different sects can use the book and pose as study groups critically analyzing the group, when really it is usually always arranged by someone claiming to be a spiritual leader of some sort... using Urantia as the bait. Who started this shadowy cult with multiple personalities? Since nobody knows... I have a suspicion. I will elaborate more in a moment.
In case you aren't aware of the Urantia cult, here's the wiki about the book:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urantia
Here's a few videos from Urantia followers about Urantia and their relationship with it, followed by a couple videos with the Aquarian Concepts Leader, Gabriel of Urantia (his real name is Tony Delevin... and you can guess what the "Gabriel" pseudonym might refer to).
This first video (perhaps most disturbing of all) is from a popular public television paranormal show, and seems to passively praise the book:
b]zhFPA84rqMgb]
This second video seems to be a propaganda piece, interviewing Urantia believers:
b]iJcf8n3sqM0b]
Here's an infomercial-esque "interview" with Gabriel of Urantia:
b]NtXBlH3BVs0b]
b]bmy_-Hy8u9ob]
b]9ZlXIPvidZMb]
Why is this disturbing me? Well... a few reasons. I'm sure many of you have heard of the Children of God cult. I'm sure also many of you have heard of the World Wide Organization of Organic Farming (WWOOF for short). Children of God... not a good thing. WWOOF, not a bad thing inherently at all... BUT there seems to be a disturbing trend appearing within the WWOOF organization. It is the fact that there are REPORTED CULTS being supported by this organization. What is so dangerous about this is that mainly the people who are interning at these farms are naive young adults who are disillusioned with society, seeking another way, not sure of themselves or their place within existence, many looking for some sort of spiritual enlightenment.... and what a better way to reconnect with spirit than by reconnecting with nature? Also... many of these people involved just want to learn to be more sustainable independent of society, and might happen to fall into a trap they don't understand.
These new "Jesusonian" and "alien" cults are hiding behind organic farming and spiritual enlightenment, and as this new emergence of awareness burgeons (which it has, like I said I talked to a WWOOF farm owner in Washington who says that the organization has seen a GIANT increase in new membership this year and that applications have been backed up since February), I can only ASSUME that nefarious shadowy elements familiar with counter-culture and counter-counter-culture and also things such as psychological warfare have taken notice and are infiltrating this organization and creating these "new spiritual cults" on purpose.
The CIA, NSA, and other more shadowy and less easily identifiable agencies seem to be at work here.
Does Gabriel of Urantia, The Urantia Book itself, Children of God, and the infiltration/creation of WWOOF and other anti-corporate and anti-cultural movements have a connection with the CIA, NSA, Military, or other secretive or barely identifiable organizations hiding behind the shadows?
I don't know... but I have a keen sense of feeling enough to say that I "think" it is a strong probability. Be aware, any fellow WWOOFers... that it is a dicey game as the stakes get higher. "Be aware." I think that's the key statement.
Cogburn.... I'm looking at you. I know you have some good stuff you could add here.

LOL Something to add?
I FUCKING HATE URANTIANS
Urantia is Catholicism with aliens instead of Jesus and the Pope and minus any trappings of ritual or churches. It is a complete fiction. Saint Germain was created by Helena Blavatsky in the late 19th century. Some Jesuit educated beatniks in the 1950's developed the first great UFO scam of the 20th century. They claimed to have "channeled" aliens that claimed blah blah blah... you can read all that shit elsewhere.
Urantians, in the manner of Scientologists, have bombed the internet with so much spew it's worthless for research beyond the nonsense of the cult itself.
Here's the current state of the Urantian Reality:
* The real "conspiracy" of our time is that the Earth is RIGHT NOW about to be "Ascended" into a 5th dimensional reality allowing us to join our intergalactic brethren.
* A trinity of higher-dimensional alien gods named "Christ Michael" (otherwise known as Saint Germain), "Hatonn", and "ATON" (God of the Bible) have brought a fleet of star ships to our solar system to assist in said Ascension.
* In March of 2009, Jupiter was ignited into a second sun. This was done while Jupiter was behind the Sun and could not been seen from Earth.
* The Jupiter currently under observation by astronomers is a holographic projection as not to alert the more mentally unstable of our population (ha!)
* The current lows in solar activity and the magnetic field of the Earth are a part of the Ascension process.
* To aid in Ascension, the human race will be placed in "stasis" to spare us through the more uncomfortable aspects of the process.
They are... insane. It's alien flavored Romanism for those that don't like the whole Jesus trip. There's some Urantians here in Santa Barbara. They are dirty, worthless, unintelligent, and absoultely convinced that our world teeters on the brink. The "stasis" part scares me. I see purple jumpsuits and Nikes in their future.

i read the urantia book in the mid 60s and found it to be the most long-winded trotting of bullshit ever produced by the western world. it has spawned some harmless little cults. so? it's the big cults with their own bullshit books you gotta worry about- like christianity and islam.

The whole 2012 thing seems to be a cult in itself, made up of little tiny cell cults. If you type in something simply like "Is the..." into a google search engine, the first thing that pops up in the little suggestionbox is "Is the world going to end in 2012?", followed by "Is there a God?", followed by "Is there life on Mars?".... hmm. Conspiracy theorists, you are romancing a cult!
What if the "aliens" do come? Then, these cults become quite worrisome, numero uno worrisome. Scientology and Urantia will merge into one mothuhfucked giant new religion, and take with them most of the CT community, to go and be worshipful little dinners for our new galactic overlords... and the "truth" of the old world religions will get totally lost in a sea of bullshit.... now perpetuated across the GALAXY, not just the Earth. That will be a big fucking fish to fry.
I hope the "aliens" stay the fuck away from here. I'm denying my own experiences. That's how much of a big "fuck you" I have for the alien brethren, and haha Christ Michael. I mean, Jesus fucking ...Christ, who the fuck actually takes these people seriously when they talk about aa psychedelic little demon looking thing called Christ Michael and then show a picture of "Esu", claiming it to be real, when CLEARLY it's a PAINTING of Jesus!?
Are these Cult Leaders MKULTRA experiments in themselves? Do they actually BELIEVE that they are the rulers of the world commanding 3000 space ships? Clearly, they've been trained in psychological manipulation to a high degree. Have you looked into the eyes of some of these people? That hot ass chick up there talking about Urantia (I agree, BK), dude look at her fucking EYES, man! She's completely fucking hypnotized. Also, go to the Avalon Gardens page and check out the pictures of the people there. Look at their eyes. I see this spaced out look similarly in all of their eyes. The only one who doesn't look spaced out is "Gabriel". He looks like if you believed him, he would hypnotize the fuck out of you, though.

Short of checking her 1040's to see how she makes a living, I'm sure that Nancy Lieder is paid disinfo. Given the nature of the relationship with GLP, I'm more inclined to believe that she's more likely to be employed by C2 Media than any specific government. She's not urantia, but she is definitely a cult leader that is responsible for much of the intellectual zeitgeist of "lightworkers". If you analyze the information put out by each of these kinds of groups data point by data point, you can see that Nancy originates most of the "lightworker" ideology.
Most of these folks borrow from one another, perceiving that the fact that someone else said it, regardless of credentials, tends to lend credibility to their argument.
There would be no Alex Jones without Bill Cooper.
There would be no Candace Freize without Nancy Lieder.
There would be no Michale Tsarion without Zach Sitchin.
There would be no Phil Schneider without Bob Lazar.
You could go on and on with enough research. Understand that these are intellectual connections, not actual ones.
Interesting that the Urantians have adopted 2012 as the date of coming "stasis". Is that because Christ Michale declared it or is it because it might draw in more followers via the 2012/Nibiru conspiracies...
Given that list of beliefs and history, I would say that group has members (or people who read the material and believe in some ways) that post on sheeple.
Cult leaders do it to have a group to control and make a living from.

Could be... Urantia has been around for 60 years so a) it has a shitton of followers and b) it has been bastardized an uncountable number of times and repackaged under a plethora of differing ideologies.
Substitute Christ Michale with the evil god Xenu, add some psychoanalysis and some naval uniforms and Urantia morphs into Scientology.
Who founded Scientology? The Jesuit educated Lafayette Ron Hubbard.

These tentacles run deep, my friends. I often wonder if they actually originated deep within the Vatican, because the Vatican's gotta do something to keep themselves afloat once Jesus doesn't show up, but instead some other "out of this world" shit shows up. They've gotta present a new messiah. Maybe.... this has always been the plan. Kill the real deals, then make their legacy into one of fictional Demi-gods to be worshipped, pronounce their return... and then in 2 or 3 millenia when society is ripe for the picking.... the "messiahs" return and claim Lordship over the Earth, strutting around and using fancy technology to create "miracles", and creating slaves and dinners and pets out of those ignorant enough to believe it is Jesus or Buddha or Muhammed or Kreishna or Abraham or Moses or fucking Christ Michael or Esu or Lam or Shiva or Zeus.... sure, how about all of them and more?
That's too conspiratorial, though. Just throwing thoughts out there. I have no clue what this is all gunna converge into, but hopefully whatever it is will smell enough like bullshit to be rejected by enough of the people who are still sleeping.
I personally wouldn't be surprised if there are beings out there who were responsible for "enslaving" man into religion and civilization. I think the two go hand in hand. Without a religion, without a common thought box called language, without a group psychosis on the idea of "progress"... none of this would have been possible. I think somebody somewhere underestimated human potential when they planned all of this, though.
I don't know. I'm not even gunna support any of my conclusions on the subject, neither will I support that anyone here has any more of an idea than I do. But it's all a cult in one form or another. The cult of Isms and Ologies and Archies.... I say blegh to them all.

As the mind expands, the prisons intended to contain and control them must be expanded to accommodate.
If you begin with the premise that Rome has been concerned with little else other than maintenance of temporal power since 800AD, a lot of the "Why the fuck did they do that" disappears from the minds of those that study canon history.
Really, truth and history only become confusing when you swallow the first line of bullshit... that little bit they tell you about Roman Catholicism being a purely spiritual pursuit since the Renaissance.

Al Bowman, Michael's chauffeur has spoken out about MJ's obsession with the idea of cloning and supposedly drove the king of pop and long time friend Uri Geller to a conference in Las Vegas.
Mr Bowman states that he drove the pair in 2002 to a conference and Michael was particularly keen on a group called the Raelians (wtf), the Raelians believe the key to internal life is cloning.
Michael's chauffeur says that "Jackson was very excited. He bounced out of that conference like a small child. He was smiling and on a high. I heard him and Uri talking in the back of the limo. He was talking about the prospect of being cloned. He grabbed Uri by both arms and told him, 'I really want to do it Uri, and I don't care how much it costs'."

I have the Blue Book somewhere around here. Read about 1/2 to 2/3 before having enough. Interesting stuff, Indiee - I never looked to how the disingenuous had used the book for personal gain.
Thanks.
