its officially summer, surf a week ago was overhead. whats fucked up is now when u get on the beach their is a tent taxing your entry and trucks constantly monitoring stickers, narks everywhere haters everywhere.

I have this recurring dream that I'm in a large submarine with big wide windows and we're deep in an ocean or some body of water, and there's just TONS of plesiosairs and giant sharks and swordfish and giant squids and crazy assed sea monsters swarming around us.
I.... am frickin' not comfortable in the ocean. One time, I was on a wakeboard in Daytona Beach...or maybe it was Miami.... and suddenly I got stuck in the middle of this swarm of stingrays that came out of nowhere! I was screaming like a banshee!
I also had a fear of stepping on carpetsharks as a kid after watching a special on the first ever Shark Week.

I almost drowned when I was 5 years old. I was playing at the water's edge with my parents when the waves suddenly surged up and pulled me in. And then there was this pretty Chinese girl that swam up towards me from out of nowhere and pushed me up back to the surface. I don't quite recall what happened after that, but I do remember that girl's face. Later in life when the subject came up I asked my mom who was that girl who saved me. She told me there was nobody else around at the time except her and my dad and that I had just resurfaced as suddenly as I was pulled in.
