Ok I'm having a rant. . . we had a freind that was in a shocking situation about 3-4 wks ago, I did post so most will know, but I won't go into names . . . since then alot has been happening behide the seen's as such . . . the partner of this guy is left to clean up if that is the right way to put it . . . first she got the keys back to the home which was fulled with holes, broken windows and tear gas . . which has been a nightmare to remove and alot of work has been done to get it live-able again. . . . then she got charged with every thing that her partner had at the house, not much really . . . to be exspected!!! . . . but if that, in its self is'nt enought, now the "crown" have decides that they want to take the whole property . . to bulldoze the house down! To cover the cost of the 50hr seige . . . the poor women is now at the doctor on the verge of a break down . . . and the thing that gets me is she spent those 50hrs with the police helping in anyway to stop or try and prevent anything she could, it was completely out of her control, and then they wait 14 days after the fact to charge her, the day they hand the keys back!!!! . . . Why give the keys at all, just so she can waste time and money on repaires. . .Like I know they be pissed off they lost a officer and 2 other hurt, but she didn't do that. . . . She lost her partner too. . . . blood unbeleivable . . . . So the court case will go on, even if she wins, will she be able to keep the home with all the court cost's. . . . It looks like it going to be a big mess, I don't know if she owned the home or weather he did or if was joint thing . . . :shock:

See... I find that highly bunk that they have the right to seize the home which you paid generously for just because they found something illegal inside of it. That's why... if a cop wants to search my home, I'll make sure he searches the floor for his brains when my bat cracks his skull open for being such an arrogant asshole. I've got bats all around the house... just choose a room, asshole motherfucking pig. Oink oink and you die like innocent animals we kill by the millions daily. Bolt to the head.

Eh maybe to some, cop killing isn't worth it... but to me, cops are asking to be killed like the lowly steers they are. We should be having copchops for dinner every night until the world is absent of them.

Its not us personal . . . its a friend. . . . but I know what your saying she is going to go through hell . . . and this is the thing what does one do . . . stand back and watch . . . if we wanted to help what is going to usefully . . . and then you worry about opening the door for unwanted events to happen in your own home. . . if you do help . . . . even if you've nothing to worry about as such it the impact it has on the kids, the old people out the back [family]. . . .I hate shit like this, but I don't think its fair that she ends up having to carry the load . . . :shock:

The politicians, are supposed to be reps. have given to police to much power. Seizing property laws have gotten out of hand. Here they can stop you on the highway, accuse you of a crime, and take what you got. May times they won't return it even if the person is found innocent. It has become the income for many small towns.
