He went to San Diego last week, somehow affording trips away when he doesn't pay his support, and we'd arranged for him to take the kids from 9 to 6 today to make up for his lost time. I didn't like it, but I did it.

So I'm at OPD on time, text him when he's not. Wait the obligatory extra 15 minutes and leave.

He bitches and moans and complains that I keep the kids from him (which I don't, BTW) but then doesn't bother to show up for make up time.

So my son has a tantrum when we leave the house, because he doesn't want to go "nooooo daddy!!!" and my daughter is upset at the police station because he doesn't come for her. And he says that I'm the child abuser. :nuts:

He told me in one of the emails I refuse to read because they get all nutty and abusive, that he didn't like the date i agreed to for makeup time. He just doesn't get that I will not read anything from him unless it's neutral. The minute he starts going off on a tangent about child abuse, my mental health, death threats or any of his other paranoid delusions, I stop reading, and then send him an email saying I'm not reading it, send me a neutral one discussing concrete things having to do with the kids only.

I'll bet that's what happened. It's still his problem. The last neutral email I got from him agreed to the date, and I'd originally offered the hours of 10 to 7 and he said he preferred 9 to 6. We sealed the deal and I thought that was the end of it.
