Ya know what? I'll admit it. I came here to recruit people. I want people to become members of the new paradigm. I want people to cease the economy. I want people to resist arrest. Great rant. I was listening to NPR today and McCain said something alone the lines of Americans becoming weary of politics, again.

No shit. All the partisan bickering and nothing progressive ever getting done is probably one reason people don't give a shit. That and the American gladiators on tv every friday night that has people distracted.

Who the fuck wants to be bitter and miserable and always on the defense? I'm not that way anyway (half the time, anyway). I can evenly enough exist and look around and say "Yep... just people saying peopley things"... but We're so much more than just who we are erected to be... and if we paid attention to our dreams, we'd see in all directions forever. There would be no reason to build a wall or to enforce a law or to make someone else's day shitty by cutting them off or calling them a moron.

People could just be. This is why politics is bullshit. This is why society is bullshit. This is why identifying too much with your image in the mirror is bullshit. It is a distraction from the everything we all are all the time forever. So fuck 'em. I am trying to pay attention to more of the topics this site was created for, slowly I will get back to my full interest again.

Indie, I agree with you, I agree that politics does nothing to add to society, the only thing it does is limit peoples experience on this rock floating through space. So does religion, so does money, pretty much everything that has to do with civilized society limits living a truly free life. However all that stuff adds to the experience we are going through right now, doesnt really make sense but whatever.

What is the cure, what do we do to stop it? I dont like being limited to what I want to do, but that is a slippery slope. What if one person wants to slice your throat? For whatever reason they feel compelled to kill you, cause that is what they want to do. I know that is a generic example, but I dont think you can have nothing, no government, there has be something to hold people accountable for their actions. The only government I believe in, is what our founding fathers set up for this country. A libertarian approach, where you do what you wish, as long as it doesnt hurt someone else, if you do hurt someone else, then you will have to be held accountable for your actions. Even with that though eventually it turns right back into what we have today, there are always going to be people whose motives arent serving society, but rather trying to gain control of them.

I really dont think it matters what you do, there is always going to be something that someone else wants, your new rock hammer, your new saddle, whatever has some sort of value. There is going to be someone always that is going to want to have that for themselves, it is human nature. To truly have no government, no rules, possesions would have to cease to exist. I am all for just being able to do what I want, making my own decisions, but there are people out there that cannot stand on their own two feet and in turn need someone to tell them what to do, and tell them it is ok. It is a sad state of affairs, but people have become to complacent in this country they are fat and happy and dont care to look at the wolf bearing down on them. Why should they care, their shepard will take care of the wolf, all the while their shepard is the one leading them to the wolf.

What to do about it? I would like a non violent approach, but I dont know if that is possible. Jasn I dont want a civil war, but it looks like that is the only thing that will work at this point. They are evil people that only understand power and force.

I am trying to piece together what I want to say here.
I am not going to say I want an all out civil uprising because it wouldn't really be a "civil" war. It would be Us versus Them. It, I hope anyway, won't be brother against brother this time but brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers, side by side against OUR common enemy. Sure, we can all sound like crazy people at times. But most of us are not. We, are just everyday people, trying to live our lives the best that we can with the tools provided. Those tools, are being taken away at an ever growing pace. More and more people are starting to realize this.

I don't want to say that they are waking up because it is not some gay higher level of being bullshit. It is merely that they were/are in some sort of disbelief; that this can't possibly be happening; no not here. Well, it has and it is growing. Coming out of the ocean like the fucking Craken. Here's the clincher: We fed it. We raised it. This behemoth is OUR baby when it should be nothing but an aborted fetus. Help us! Help us! We all scream as the beast with 1,000 eyes comes forth from the sea . . .

What is even more humorousis that this isn't a CT, it is the truth. It many not be everyone's truth but it soon maybe. Unless denial is a course of action. We are either going to lay down and go back to sleep or wake up and fight. Fight meaning, anything that will slow down or stop this machine.

We must also take into account STATE politicians. To me most still seem to be on the same page as the people they represent. Just as in Federal, not ALL politicians have an agenda. If they did I think that the overall picture would be much much worse. As states start to pull together, we as individual units can start the uphill battle of taking back what we and much younger generations have never seen: freedom from Federal government.

Man will never stop his need for power and control. I guess I missed that when I was being made. Maybe the line was too long or I got bored. I feel no urge to control others. No need to manipulate people for personal gain.

Well.... while I agree with Gunner, that there will still be people out there waiting to rape your churches and burn your women, I also agree with jive turkey. Spontaneous order happens when individuals begin cooperation. But without a spiritual center (not a religious "center", like a church or anything, but a moral base), the people who use fear and manipulation as a tactic will always prevail because the people don't know where they come from. I don't know exactly how to initiate this knowledge, but once you have the knowledge, instead of just faith in belief, it will be impossible for anyone to truly ever get what they want from you again without paying for it.

If someone decides to murder, let him murder. By process of spontaneous order, people will investigate, a suspect will be found, and the suspect will be given a due punishment of the people's choice.

The thing is...AT THIS POINT, things will not work that way. People are gluttonous, selfish, greedy, spiteful, hateful, and they have no real faith in anything other than death and the end. Fearing the end is no way to live life.... and if we're gunna make such a big sociological leap as to a completely spontaneously cooperative society, a big spiritual awakening has to happen. For the athiests who consider any spiritual crap "hippie pussy crap" then let me ask you "What would you do if you were given one more week to live?" You'd rush to find peace in your life. You'd seek to believe that you will be back somewhere eventually. Atonement for your "sin" of taking your true nature in vein? You're taking yourself in vein, and they don't want you to have your power, but they can't take it from you without your permission. So, of course, most of you think there is a reason to fear not having government protection. That's all you know. Where would we be without this great towering civilization?

I don't know, but it seems to me that the world without "politics" would be a much more lively and happy and interesting place to live in.

I don't need someone to whisk my poop away. I'm really not too concerned about my ability to poop. I don't need someone to feed me. The world is full of digestible energy, if you look for it. I don't need water service. There's a few streams and a river not too far from here. Protection against germs? I've got an immune system, and I'm a fairly dirty guy. I've rarely ever been that affected by too many germs. I don't need someone to protect me and my family. Shit happens, people deal with it, people move on. There is a flow that all things take on their own. No need to regulate human evolution by regulating thought. Mobody is to blame. We're all just figuring out how to exist, and if you think this is the only chance you get to be the human you wanna be, nah this is just a small scene, small peanuts.... So just trust in the fact that thinks will be okay, and let it go.

The people who continue this cycle are again all the people who just can't let go. It's not up to you what the universe does. Accept it, instead of forming a committee to protect us from the very things that happen regardless of what we do about them. If the bad things in the world still exist, just let them be. We actually give them power by buying into the fear they create. We hate war so much... but yet we've always been convinced somehow that it was glorious and patriotic and moral, yet we still would personally never kill another human to solve our differences. So how do we get duped into doing things we hate? By scaring ourselves with those very things.

What if we all just stopped and let go one day? Everyone just decided to leave it to the wind again. I wonder what would spring forth from such silent wisdom?
