Lost Amazonian Tribe Discovered.

APPEALS have been made to leave alone the members of one of Brazil's last uncontacted Indian tribes, spotted in the Amazon jungle near the Peruvian border.
The Indians were sighted and photographed from an aircraft or helicopter during flights over the rainforest in remote Acre state, said Brazil's National Indian Foundation, known as Funai.
Funai said it photographed "strong and healthy" warriors, six huts and a large planted area.
The photographs show red-painted tribe members brandishing bows and arrows.

Amazing to think there are still uncontacted tribes in the world today. Apparently there are about 100 uncontacted tribes worldwide with the majority of them located in Brazil and Peru.
So, which way is this going to turn.
Will we leave them alone or will the do gooders, missionaries and scientists go rushing in and destroy whatever culture they have.
Hopefully the former.

oh man that movie "the gods must be crazy" was an absolute classic.
one tribesmans quest to rid his village of the "evil" dropped by his gods of the sky, clonked on his head. taken to camp, fought over and used to clonk others on the head,
aah yep, a lot of coke bottle to the head moments and fast motion slap stick in that flick.
glass coke bottle too, gotta be worth something in todays plastic wrapped and labelled society.
