the PD was locked when I went to pick the kids up today. Rather than go through all the hassle of buzzing and waiting to be let in and all that crap, I just waited by the door for Tony and the kids.

When he walked up, my daughter grabbed my hand and Tony yells, "What are you standing here for? Going to stab me with a dirty needle?" Right in front of the kids, then tries to drag my daughter off.

I just said, "Don't you have places to be? The PD is locked, let's just exchange the kids and be on our way."

So my daughter is by now semi-hysterical and tells me her dad bit her on the arm and that she doesn't want to live with him anymore.

I mean, be insane all you want, but leave the kids out of it. What a dick.

If it was true. My daughter is pretty messed up by all the crap that goes on at her dad's and she has become quite the little liar. I saw no marks on her arm so I can't call CPS. I was told by them last time that if I call them it makes me look bad -- more of being painted as a vengeful woman out to get custody by any means necessary. Which is sad, because the reason things become cliches is because they're usually true.

So here I am, with a disturbed child getting worse by the day, and the dumbass is shouting stuff like that in front of her. But he told her I was dying and that I'm a liar, so what's one more fucked up thing to do to her head, right?

Do you have a therapist that is on your side? Maybe that route would be helpful in a long range plan to
prove they are dangerous.

Thank you. I am in therapy, weekly. My daughter is in therapy, and she will be switching soon because her long term therapist is leaving. I doubt anything will help. The custody evaluator and the court disregard what my kid's current therapist has to say because the therapist is "too green." My ex has verbally abused HER, so I don't think she's mistaking what's going on. Plus, when the kid is telling her "my mommy is a liar, my mommy is dying, daddy says so," I don't know how it can be so easily dismissed.

I don't want Jasn to have to implement authorization stuff, and it doesn't matter anyway because these two freaks don't register. They just lurk. And we want people to be able to read the board before they join, so they know if they want to or not. I know when I was searching for a new "home" between ATS and the prior board, that I wouldn't even look at sites I had to join to see.

I'm actually getting some small satisfaction of throwing them out by banning them in the middle of a lurk, it's rather funny. I can imagine the frustration and pissy-ness at the other end. LOL
