That old fart of a dog, he just lies there on the couch until I sit in my chair, then he suddenly needs to be outside NOW! I have to move my laptop, unrecline, and let him out or else suffer his whining. His new thing is to wait until I turn off the tv and get ready for bed and BAM he wants out again. I try to be proactive but that sumbitch wont budge when I tell him to go.

i taught my dogs to wee on command, its quite easy to do.

now they are 8yrs old, and when i turn the pc off at night they get up ready for bed. i call out "bed time, do Wee Wee's" and they go outside for a piss.

He usually waits until the footy starts then starts whining at the back door, i think he likes to interupt my footy time.
Its either that or he's scared shitless coz im screaming at the tv for no apparent reason.

My dog seems to think that everytime I stand up it's time to go outside. That and he must think he is my shadow cause he follows me around constantly. Unless he is outside, then he needs to be on his leash cuase he won't listen.

He's a real pia when I try to leave on my motorcycle.
He gets in front of me or tries to nip me as I go by.
If I stop and get off the bike, he shoots off in another direction.

i am here on the laptop most of the time so he does have to go out when i am on it...he's a good dog though. never pisses or shits in the house.

if we are sleeping he whines to go out but it is a faint whine like he is doing it just loud enough to wake one of us up...i really couldn't have asked for a better dog....he is the shizzle as far as dogs go

Dogs are the shit. My puppy is one of the chillest dogs in the world. I've been trying to teach him to "chill" literally, but he doesn't sit for very long.

a few key points.

hitting is just not cool and it don't work. it just makes them scared of you cause they don't know what they are getting hit for...

second is to use the same words for commands all the time..if you use heel when walking then yuu should use heel all the time
