Yo Mama

The last two nights my son has woke up around 3 a.m., gotten into his sister's bunk, and started whaling on her until she woke up and began to whine.
Turning off the night light so he can't see what he's doing doesn't help.
Putting him back in his bed doesn't help.
Better her than me. When he gets in my bed, he takes it over.
I have had to take my daughter out of her bed, install her on the couch (she isn't sleeping in my bed; I want to sleep -- can't do that with a squirmy kid in the bed), and lock the door so he can't get out until he falls back asleep.
Since little ones usually wake up at night when they're learning something new, or mastering a new phase of development, I wonder what the hell he is up to?
To add insult to injury, there will be no time for a nap today; it is my daughter's therapy day, which means we have to be out of the house to get her from school during the usual siesta time.
That little turkey; he's lucky he's so freaking cute.
