Jasn, wanted to start off by congratulating you on the site. Hopefully what I'm about to post will help dispell some of the rumors and angst that seems to be displayed regarding this site and the one I am involved with.

A member on our site (Mr.Old.School) alerted me to claims being made in other threads on your site so I thought I’d pop in and set the story straight. Hopefully I will be treated a bit better than the member who started alerted me to the issue (his thread is now closed). With that said, let me cut right to the chase.

1. The financing was arranged by me and while the investment group prefers to not be named I can assure you that they are not affiliated with any group that dk3000 has mentioned. I’d love to have him show me what he thinks he found but I doubt he can do anything other than threaten me with some kind of old school Hollywood tirade complete with pictures of him with some passed their prime actresses to back up his claim that he was once a big shot out there. That’s cool but it doesn’t prove anything about our financing.
2. I’d love to have dk3000 and goosdawg name our law firm or our attorney, who dk3000 claims is the dumbest motherfucker in the planet. He agreed that he is but you have no idea who he is. Name him or the law firm. Oh, and by the way, it ain’t that wayne guy.
3. William Morris Agency. I’m glad to hear that dk3000 has confirmed that we have an agent representing us. How about putting his name down here as well. I’m sure dk3000 can do that since he has such stellar connections and he clearly knows Linda Hamilton, so he must be able to tell me who my agent at William Morris is.
Here’s something to ponder folks. Forestlady, Dk3000 and goosdawg are using, as their source, a site that is currently being sued for libel (http://tinyurl.com/4e63wl). Add to that the fact that the cointelpro stuff they are claiming comes from an old April Fools Day prank done by ATS and you’ve got the makings of a pretty sad case. Of course you then get dk3000 claiming Bill changed his name and he’s actually Bill Irwin, Simon is someone else and Mark Allin is from Australia. This doesn’t sound like research, this sounds like a pathetic attempt to come up with a story to try and fit in with a group of people who simply don’t like a website. Think about that again. You are fostering lies because you don’t like a website.

Where is the proof that the COINTELPRO article is an April Fool's joke, so we can see it for ourselves?

With all due respect, I do not trust any official word from any staff at ATS at this point, because lies were told about me during my own banning process -- such as I violated T&C. I never did publicly, so someone had to go and say I did it privately, and I did not. Since nobody is supposed to read U2Us, that made me really suspicious. I was lied about, banned for no real reason and absolutely no violation of the T&C, and therefore I don't trust anything coming from ATS. Period.

We are researching the article you mention, to see if we can verify it one way or the other. If you have actual information, links, sources, etc. to provide, that would be much better than a passing claim that it was a prank, with nothing to back it up.

With regards to the ATS April Fool's prank - I'll dig it up. It has been mentioned repeatedly on our site and referenced quite a bit.

Lastly, regarding your being banned from the site. I don't recall the reasoning but I can search and find out what the catalyst was for the action that was taken. If it really matters to you, I will do that but that is not why I am here. I am here because there are lies about us being posted on your site and I wanted to clarify the truth.

Your links to ATS don't work for those of us IP banned.

And your statement above doesn't preclude filters to "alert" you to "issues" in private u2us as well.

And teh T&C's do not prohibit the exchange of email addy's.

Nothing I did on ATS was ever ban worthy under teh T&Cs.

However- I do suggest...actually highly recommend that your agent (if you have one) contact Jeff Berg at International Creative Management or Kevin Huvane at Creative Artists Agency.

It will not be necessary for you to post the results of my suggested inquiry and if you do- be prepared for both agents to get a copy of your posted reply should you elect to do so.

I'm not asking you to find out why I was banned. I know exactly why: I refused to lie down and be muzzled, and I called the staff on preferential treatment of christian posts. And I asked if the site was christian funded. Intrepid was telling me to cool it privately, and when I answered him and he didn't get back to me in a few days, I put up a public post, just like the posts where people ask if ATS is CIA or COINTELPRO.

Then I sent the link via U2U to four of my friends to ask for their input.

Intrepid said I was banned for something said in U2U and so did other staff while the cover up was going on. Since I never said anything outside the T&C via U2U, the only conclusion I can come to is that someone decided to use the "forum motorcycle gang" clause on me for asking four people to look at a thread. And the only way anyone could have that info is if they'd read my U2Us.

So, you see my mistrust of you and your site. What was done was sneaky and underhanded. Outright lies were told on your board to cover up a ban for NOT violating the T&C, just because someone or several someones on ATS can't deal with a strong atheist voice.

I've seen since that atheists are more muzzled than ever, while xians are allowed to bash at will. How would that look to you?

I never once had a single warn sticker on the board. NOT ONCE. I never made a personal attack. NOT ONCE. you obviously don't recall the conversations you had with Springer very well. The attorney (dumbest motherfucker in the business I think you called him - he got a kick out of that by the way) is not an entertainment attorney nor is he Springer's friend. Well, he is friendly with him now. He was brought in by me. Why? Because I raised the money and, as a result of my being involved on that end, I was tasked with being in charge of the financial side of things (thus the CFO title) and, since I was the pointman for the investment group, I introduced my attorney to the amigos.

on a side note, the "secrecy" behind the investors is rather simple. Nobody knows them so publicizing their name would reveal nothing. The unidentified investors lead normal lives where being involved with a conspiracy and ufo site might not sit well with their clients so they opted to remain anonymous. The company they formed gives no clues as to who they are and, for the record, they are not catholic. If you want a religious conspiracy, the jews would be your focal point. Sadly, you have already determined that the right wing christian something or other is behind it so I guess the 180 degree turn would seem foolish at this point.

we've actually tried our very best to leave the site alone but the lies that are being fostered on the site are why I am here. In all honesty, and I have expressed this on ATS and privately with the amigos, the best thing to happen would be for this site to grow and succeed. The more people out there talking about TRUTH and the more people working to expose TRUE conspiracies the better. It sure does sound like you are still extremely concerned about the banning. As I said, I'm not discussing the bannings.

I personally am against almost every banning on the site. I'm all for letting everyone have their say. Provided it is done in a mannner that doesn't detract from the way the site is run. Over here you can use language you can't on ATS. So, over here, I would probably use the words that pepper my normal way of speaking. It isn't allowed over there so I don't do it. Plain and simple.

I'd also like to thank you for signing up under the name we know you by and being straightforward. It beats the hell out of signing up under the name SimiusDei and telling us that we are a joke and a flash in the pan.


In all honesty, I have no desire to discuss the whole "cointelpro" mess in regards to ATS. I have never discussed it and do not plan to start anytime soon.

However, I will say again that I am more than slightly perturbed at the fact that members of this forum have suffered threats and bannings because they let their friends know about AmKon through supposedly PRIVATE conversations either on OR off of ATS.


None of the members here (aside from myself) were sending mass u2us to random people in the hopes of luring them away from ATS. They were, for the most part, just tired of the way things have been going at ATS and they wanted their FRIENDS to know where they would be at.


I can honestly say that ATS is the ONLY forum I have ever been a member of that felt it necessary to ban members because they sent links to another site via private messaging.


Had they spammed the forums with AmKon ads, i would certainly understand the bannings, but, that wasn't the case.

Private messaging is supposed to be just that, PRIVATE. However, it's quite obvious that this is not the case with ATS.


It's funny to me how Mark and Bill can preach using non public means to communicate for the sake of sparing drama on the boards, yet, they ban GREAT members for sending a link via PM so as not to be dicks by passing them around on the public boards.


Most of us had a good number of buddies on ATS and we wanted them to know how to stay in touch with us. What is so wrong with that?


As far as the ATS "bashing" goes, I would also hope that the reasons for it are understood.

While I was one of the lucky ones who only lost a few months of my time on ATS, there are many people that have gotten banned for bullshit reasons and lost YEARS of their time there. Is it really hard to understand why some of them are so hostile?




In regards to old school, I still have my doubts as to whether or not the old school here was the same as the one on ATS. HOWEVER, even if he IS the same one, he did absolutely nothing here but start "drama" on the forums and cut several members down (most notably, John Lear) for absolutely no reason.

Had he actually had something to contribute instead of coming here on some sort of weird "fishing" expedition (and again, to cut members down).....he would likely have received a better reception.


AmKon was never started with the intention of being a thorn in the side of ATS. However, most of the membership here have been treated as if that was the case.

I still do not understand why any member of the ATS staff gives a damn about AmKon or the things that are said here.


I am, however, a bit fucking tired of this whole "drama" being blamed on members of AmKon.

We didn't start this whole "mess".

As far as the stuff with DK3000 goes, everything he has said here in regards to his "connections" and such is his business. Whether it is all true or not, I have no idea. However, I am not about to criticize him for it or tell him to shut the fuck up.



I understand that this is how things are run at ATS. However, AmKon and ATS are two completely different animals.

Jasn, after a year of working in close quarters with the amgios, I can say that had your members approached one of them and asked if they could send links to the site to other members, they would probably have been given the go ahead. The truth is, some of your members used our chat, profile comments and u2u system to do that and many of our members complained about it to the staff.

The majority of the complaints were along the lines of "why can they promote their site and I can't?"

when you have over 100,000 members these problems can be extremely time consuming, thus we don't allow recruiting.

I hope that clears that issue up.

Jasn et al, it wasn't a threat. I was merely pointing out the fact that you are responsible for what is on your forums. Take a look at Sign of the Times (the site that has the cointelpro april fools prank as real). They are being sued for several million dollars for allowing posts to exist that consist of lies with the intent to harm.

Jasn, while you might not be doing this for the profits, you are, technically, a business and, as the owner of this site, you are responsible for the content on the site. Thus you must ensure that what your members post is not done so with intent.

allow me to give you an example. a short while back there was a post on ats about a big foot hunting expedition that was, basically, a sign up to be led around by some camping guides. you paid them a large chunk of change, you provided your gear, your ride, your food etc. they basically let you follow them.

a member posted it and several of our members started calling it a scam.

we got tagged within a few hours by the owners of the company who was running the program, threatening ats, the owners, members and staffers with all kinds of legal action if we didn't remove the comments.

it's the nature of the business/hobby.

you aren't a cab driver (I don't think you are) but if you were to give a friend a ride and you accidentally crashed and he got hurt, he'd sue you for damages (maybe). would you say "but I'm not in the business of giving rides?"

aside from a member coming here and signing up under your old ats username, I don't know of any other members coming here and giving you a hard time. I don't need examples so don't bother giving them. Truth is, I agree that it is pointless to discuss it as it is clear that neither you, nor I, can control the actions of our members. Suffice it to say, the few members you have that were intentionally attempting to disrupt our site are not under your control but, given that you did have members expressly stating that they were going to try and get themselves banned and, as such, we did have some bannings based on actions and we did attempt to be proactive with some members but it seems as if this has subsided so it really is a non-issue with me.

I'm concerned about the lies posted on your site by a few of your members, I think I have shown this to be the case (still no call from my agent by the way) and that is really what I set out to do.

For those of you that still harbor ill will towards ATS, let me remind you , it is a website. It is insane that anyone would devote as much attention to a site they no longer belong to but hey, what y'all do with your time is your business, so long as intentional lies are not posted.

Being as this has now passed from my hand into another- who is only too happy to oblige- I can rest assured and concentrate on the subjects I came to this site to discuss.

As I said before I posted pictures of celebrities and me to show I was not full of shit- verifies my Hollywood content subject matter- the same as the professional Mr. Lear has done with his military service avatar and other photos on forums where verifications and proof were required.

The Hollywood connection to this whole thing is really about the fact that members are being solicited for their stories- fiction and non-fiction to post on threads as well in a special forum at ATS where participation is not only encouraged in the spirit of literary artistry- said participation is also rewarded with a point system (sometimes money) for members willing to post their imaginative tales as well as factual based stories which might sell on say the discovery channel or as possibly an HBO original documentary.

Now- to all who are still reading this- Someone who has a deal and does not disclose it- shall be bound and held liable by their own policies as well as the policies held by their legal representatives (whom have policies of their own backed up by all the participating entertainment industry related unions (GUILDS).

Notwithstanding- I have friends in this business who have been robbed of their ideas in situations which are quite similar in size and scope- and Hollywood is no fucking innocent either. But they will beat the fuck out of a small time poacher who scares big game away.

This has been noted before I ever joined or posted on AMKON or was banned from ATS. See I was going to help because I trusted ATS as have many.

Now- given my "the has-been-that-never-really-was- who needs to post pictures of my self with celebrities to prove how important I am (err...still am...think Chris Cooper in "Breach" when he says in all ago and arrogance to Ryan Phillipe, "I Matter")- label so graciously bestowed upon me by ATS's Crakuer money pimp (sorry had to!). And while investigating the ferocity of claims- I based most of my assumptions and opinions on direct communication I had with ATS STAFF and I have the copies to these communications (some I posted) to prove it.

After all- the tin foil hat-set is all about investigation, debunking, skepticism and sharing information to eventually reveal the truth regarding our every suspicion on every subject and person.

What was I left to do but verify information about agents and agencies and deals- especially if I were to share a story I had written and was invited to share.

So- rather than actually posting who someone's agent is- because the truth is I did not know for certain- but have a very good idea who might be lowly enough or stupid enough to have anything to with a potential source for UNSOLICITED MATERIALS.

Naturally in order to verify sources I had to ask friends who may or may not be represented by said agent or agency to poke around for me and see what might turn up.

So then I get banned- and my suspicions rose and being that paranoia is the primary emotion in Hollywood- My point is, It is not my fault this kind of conspiracy stuff is a shared interest by people in the limelight.

I was attempting to let the truthers on here know who I am and that I was asking around to informed sources to get back with. Until such time I posted what I found on search engines paid and public domain and reported what I found- many of the posts were immediately debunked and discredited by AMKON members as is their right for whatever reasons they may have regarding a posted source- I certainly never told anyone to take my word for- I simply implied that bigger people than me are checking it out.

I was told to back off this subject on numerous occasions which I did and went back to my brand of comedy only to be called out as a LIAR in the threads.

So I did the next best thing after crakeurs last post- and I forwarded all communications and concerns to a lady I once worked for WMA- Nicole David. I am sure she appreciates and will have their legal department to address my concerns for requests for unsolicited materials by one of her agencies clients whom has a "deal" and or representation and is seeking materials which may or may not be based on ATS- Member's fiction and non-fiction stories either posted before or after it was discovered a "project" was and/or is being developed about ATS and/or its contents.

So it is with this I say:

I AM QUITE CERTAIN THAT THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AT WMA WILL BE CONTACTING ME OR AMKON OR BOTH TO LET US ALL KNOW THAT STATUS OF ANY AND/OR ALL CONCERNS THAT ANY OF US EITHER FORMER OR CURRENT MEMBERS MAY BE CONCERNED ABOUT REGARDING OUR PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE POSTINGS AT ATS.

Whatever is reported to me- even if its bad for me or I get sued for some reason or another I will report it directly and publicly in the forums for all read.

I am constantly wondering if I am going to have a u2u saying I am banned. Many questions have been raised as to moving threads, editing comments certain staff members do not agree with, banning, etc.
My question throughout this whole episode of "entourage" is, who the hell gives a shit if people either belong to both forums, got banned from ATS and move to AmKon, or whether or not someone knows more famous people than someone else? My answer is, probably not most of us that are concerned about the REAL things that are happening around us.
A lot of us are just run of the mill folks that are trying to figure out this bullshit situation that is our way of life. Most of us are hoping to make it through these shitty and uncertain times.
So if you guys don't mind, could we please put this shit aside, off the boards, and move on with solving the puzzle that is our world?
As I opened with, my 2 cents isn't much, but I would just like to be able to discuss our world issues without worrying about who has a bigger cock. That is what this all seems to be is a big "sword" fight.

By the way, too both the admins on this site and on ATS. I for one speak highly of both sites. At least when it comes to what the true intentions of each site are. Jive said it best when he stated that ATS and AmKon are different animals. Each with their strengths and weaknesses.

on a side note, the "secrecy" behind the investors is rather simple. Nobody knows them so publicizing their name would reveal nothing. The unidentified investors lead normal lives where being involved with a conspiracy and ufo site might not sit well with their clients so they opted to remain anonymous. The company they formed gives no clues as to who they are and, for the record, they are not catholic. If you want a religious conspiracy, the jews would be your focal point. Sadly, you have already determined that the right wing christian something or other is behind it so I guess the 180 degree turn would seem foolish at this point.
