what if there was a white on white dialogue and the white dude said leave the hubcap polishing to the mexicans....

Well it's not that surprising, I mean it essentially the expected backlash from the white discrimination against blacks for so long, and since those guys grew up in a time where things were'nt as normalized as today, it's more generational I think.

Now that does'nt mean I support it, I'm against racism in every way, be that a restaurant saying whites only or affirmative action.

I live in a largely black city. I get more racial epithets from the youth, who have never experienced segregation and have grown up in a city of other black people, than the older people.

I've been in shouting matches with young blacks, hispanics and Asians, and they all think it's fine to say stuff like cracker and white bitch, but try saying they're a black asshole, or the N word and see what happens then.

I've never discriminated against anyone, I've never owned slaves, I think equal rights should apply equally in all things. And I happen to think that blaming it on generations of behavior by whites that hasn't existed in this city as an institution for generations is a cop out, and an excuse for bad behavior.

I wasn't around when white people owned slaves. I had no part in it, want no shit about it.

I lived in a bad city, like GN, for a few years. Only 3 white families on the block. I can't speak for all black people, but those that lived there when I did, had no respect for anyone and in turn got none. They stole my kids bikes, my shitty lawn mower. I actually thank them for that, it was a POS. They broke into my car and destroyed it (i got pics). I had some punk throw rocks at me when I was preggers as I walked to my car.

but yet when I told one fucktard to get a job instead of his ass holding down the stoop, he told me he was gonna beat my ass and hubby yanked me back into the house.

Thank you ladies, living where you both do I would say you can speak from expierience. I lived in Sac for a while when I was younger and most black people were racist as hell. I had one black friend and his parents asked him what his littel cracker friends name was. That is ok though cause my grandparents asked me one time, are you still friends with that little n word boy. they are old and still think it is ok to say that word.

As Carlin says, there is nothing wrong with the word nigger. It's just a word.

It's all about the context.

I come from a place that got its first black person in 1998. Really, no, but when I was a kid we had 1, thats right 1 black kid in the entire school district. In Fargo we have some, but they are Hatians. I'm not racist at all, I just hate it when people come over here as refuges and live off our tax dollars (by live off I mean buy new cars..)
