I rarely ever share any of my artistic creations, but I figure why the hell not.
I'm not exactly super great at art, but I do like creating it.

This thread will encompass all my art from various different mediums.

BluKami

This was originally a photo of the planet Mars.
I created it after spending 20 minutes altering things in PAINT.net.
The first part of it's name 'Blue' is obvious, the second part 'Kami' is the Japanese term for spirit, and usually Kami are depicted as floating blue-white orbs of light.

I created this in my web design class when I was bored on a half-day, I used both Windows paint and Photoshop to create it.

This is something I just created when I was bored, no preconceived notion behind it, just complete random creativity.
I crated it using Windows paint and a program that I can't remember the name of.

Quantum Emergence

Since we don't have any close pictures of a star turning into a black hole, and I wanted an avatar of it I created this artistic approximation.
It was originally an Ultraviolet photo of the Sun.
I don't remember the name of the program I use to create it, since I don't have it anymore.

Pretty obvious what it is, I did this during an English class two years ago, and I liked it so I kept it.

I did this originally as part of a series of animals for a SciFi universe I'm writing and creating, I may use it, but I have'nt decided yet.
So far it is the only one I've done any coloring for.

Systemic Sh'tha Female

Another piece of artwork I did for the SciFi thing I'm doing, this is a Female Sh'tha, one of the major species, it is a Systemic Sh'tha, one of the two Sh'tha ethnicities, Systemic Sh'tha live in space and so have adapted and look slightly different then planetary Sh'tha.

The subtle textures evoke an awareness, almost a presence, as if the image is, in return, viewing the observer.
