Heres some of my aboriginal collection.

The tray's are mostly flints, cutters, knife and spear blades.

My didgeridoo, from my home country up around Katherine.

The lizard is from up the far north in Kakadu.

I,ve got a heap of other stuff, boomerangs, woomera's, bowls, spear throwers and art that are on loan, some are with my parents as well.
Once i get a new digital camera i'll get some decent photo's of those up as well, plus some more pictures of some rock art i took on my last couple of trips up north to Kakadu and north West of Alice Springs. I've also got some African statuettes that are locked away.

These are a few pics of rock art from Nourlangie Rock in Kakadu.

Yeah i took the 3 oldest on their first fossicking trip about 4 years ago before the youngest was born.
The last trip i did on my own because i was heading out into some bloody remote country.
Saving to do a big 3 or 4 month trip North West in about 12 - 18 months.
If Jasn gets his shit together and is here by then i'll take him with me. :D

Won't be 12 months bro....but 18 is possible.

:)

I"m still definitely working on it. Even discussed with with the little bit of family I have left (2 half brothers and my mom) and they are throwing a bit of support my way.

Kick ass collection bro.

You need a partner for those remote excursions........

dammit I can't wait to get over that way....even if it's only for a visit.

Don't get no fuckin brokeback mountain ideas though...hahahaa

I know I got long hair...but still...

What's a Woomera?

Its a length of wood usually with a spike at one end to fit a spear into so that the spear can be thrown further.
Basically a "spearchucker"

Well if you believe in AAT then that is a picture of an alien, its not his dick its a laser.
