I am thinking about buying a BMW 5 series...Can get a good deal on a 2000 with 50000 mile on it. Not too familiar with BMW's though. Anyone have good/bad info for me?

not much to say but they're solid rides man....when i was at the shop(not the dealership) we never had a beamer come through...
lex might know of some problems but bmw is a 'luxery' car. it's on the level
Ive only ever heard good things about the beemers.
Don't seem to see a lot of old ones on the road though. :?:

BMW is a great name.
Great product.
Only qualm I'd have is the
diesel engine.
Easy as pie to work on, but
parts are exclusive to BMW.
Plus, diesel is around $4 a
gallon.
Your money, your decision. :)
