Showing on HBO. We've recorded the episodes and they do suck you into watching them.

One question we've had, and can't seem to locate via Google, is how long it took to travel from the US to France at that time period. Anyone know where this info can be found?

I was just about to make a thread about this show. I love it! I have only seen a couple episodes and I must say...its amazing! I saw episode 4 today, when Washington adds "so help me God" and kiss the bible I almost felt a tear fall. In case you did not know, Washington did in fact add the "So help me God" part to the end of the oath and yes I am proud to say it is indeed masonic! I find the time of the Revolution and the creation of true America is one of my favorite time is history!

Oh man! Ben Franklin loved the ladies! Look into the Hell Fire Club, I think that's what it was called. It is very good, the acting I think is spectacular and brings the founding fathers down from the pedestal that we Americans put them on. My favorite person who is portrayed in the show is Thomas Jefferson. Not only because I am a distant descendant of his, but the way he is portrayed in the show IMO is spot on! I can not praise this show enough, time to set the DVR to record and wait for it to hit the shelves of Best Buy because this is a buy!

Do you have OnDemand? They show under HBO, the making of the shows. It was really kewl to see how it was done.

I don't like those making of shows...it ruins it for me. I got all 5 episodes on DVR right now, watched the first 3.5 going to finish today. w00t! This show is way too good :shock:

I like watching how they do it. They had the actors talking about it, thier opionions.

Ok so I watched the 1st 15min of episode 4, and who wants to see John Adams hump his wife for 35 sec and be done?! It made me damn near bust out laughing! You would think that after a couple years of being away you would try to keep it up for atleat 2 min :lol:

And why did we not see Abigales boobs! Great show, worst sex scene ever...

boobs are boobs, no need to show more. I don't even wanna see john adams peepee, if the act was that short I'm sure his member is too.

Did ya watch this weeks yet? Sunday is the finale. They are also having all the episodes playing back to back starting at 2pm my time.

Of course I did! The finale will be awesome, yet I don't want it to end. Such wonderful acting not to mention the story is A+++ . I will have all 7 episodes recorded. Any way to burn from DVR?

I dont know, we've got them on the dvr as well. I told hubby that is HBO was smart they'd do a miniseries of all teh characters. They got the houses and crap like that all built, might as well.

:shock: That would be awesome, but I doubt it would be minnie. I agree, I WANT MORE. Much better then most other dribble on TV. Excluding House (when new episodes come back).
