I can't help but get a bit agitated when I hear the numerous folks around me each day that are talking about the current President (HA!) and how he has single handedly ruined this country.

Perhaps one of the main reasons this irritates me so is because these statements are inevitably followed by remarks to the effect of how much better Clinton, Obama or McCain would be for the country.

Is the overwhelming majority in this country REALLY so blind?

When one stops and considers the tremendous amount of "special interest groups" and various others who wield the mighty stick of control over the politicians in this country, is it even remotely possible for any of the puppet-like Presidents of this country to have ANY sort of actual "power"?

To believe that Bush is making any sort of real decisions from that oval office is almost laughable IMHO.

With groups such as the Bilderbergers and the Federal Reserve Board controlling things, it is almost certainly foolish to believe that ANYONE we put into the White House (aside from a candidate who OPENLY calls them out) will create any real change.

I full believe that we are at a point in this country where ONLY we, the people, have any chance to change things.

Unfortunately, it seems that far too many of us have bought into the Republican vs. Democrat bullshit to actually get out there and CREATE change.

The majority MUST come to realize that the only difference between a republican and a democrat is the spelling before we can even BEGIN to stand a chance.

Until that day that a MAJORITY of us wake up to this REALITY, we might as well hang up all hope of a "good" future for the "good 'ol U S of A".

Perhaps we'd all be better off if we stopped laying blame at the foot of puppets and BEGAN directing it at a mirror.

I call them Republicrats. Same guy, different suit.

The corporate overlords call the shots -- the oil companies in particular at this moment in time.

Picture this:

Mr. Smith goes in for an IRS audit. Just as Mr. Auditor says “Yessiree Mr. Smith, I can hardly wait to see your children’s bare feet bleed in the snow this winter”, Mr. Smith pulls out a Colt 45 and blows Mr. Auditors head off. He then immediately surrenders.

That night on national TV, the president pardons Mr. Smith, and states that hence forth he will pardon anyone who kills an impolite civil servant.

That should clean things up a bit!

He wasn't alone, he has dick chaney or dick has him. They also had tom delay, and a traitorous congress, that sat by and let this administration FUCK Everything Up! They are part of the power elite, they all for some reason share the same interest or goal.

What is that interest??

If you had to pick between the three, who would you pick? LOL no serious? Is it going to matter who they pick for a running mate?

The Fed Rules this country, but they need a spokesman.

I'm going to start a thread about this. I'm thinking at least one eye is open.

Not for long just ask JFK.

Oh and the Fed just got more power.

Oil was $19 a barrel a year before GW got into office. Today we have Massive layoffs, massive home foreclosures, food and gas prices skyrocketing, I'm only working 4 days a week and I cook for rich and famous people.

Many more people are opening there eyes because they have no choice.

Bush had goals he wanted to achieve as president, and those goals just happened to jive with the PTB.
