This might not apply to all men, but right now it applies to mine. This is me ranting to him, so if it offends anyone, sorry. Gotta rant here or I will snap and pull a Gunner (Ha!) on him.

If you're sick, do something about it. Don't whine, call the damn doctor or take OTC meds. Don't wait until your last day off to call the Dr, it's jsut plain ridiculous.

I know you don't feel good. If you haven't noticed I didn't ask you to do jack shit on your 3 days off. I'm cleaning, cooking etc. If you tag along, that's not my problem and don't tell me I made you. You're not 5 years old and guilt trips don't work on me.

If I'm bust doing something and our child is bugging me with 1000 questions I'm gonna send him to you. Answering questions won't wear your sick ass out that much. Please respond to the child so I don't hear "Dad.....Dad....Daaaaaaaaaad" over and over until my brain wants to burst. And when you do answer don't go "whaaaaaaaaaat!". This makes me wanna pull a Gunner on you(Read one of his rant posts)

If you feel the need to snap at me and tell me you're leaving early for the doctor appointment, don't think I'm gonna beg you to stay until you have to go. GO! Let them deal with your whiney annoying butt instead of me.

Now I love the man, he's my bestest friend but OMG he turns into the biggest wussy when he's sick and it gets worse each time. I swear he gets sick again this year and I'm gonna put him out of his misery with my gun!

I've noticed...
when guys get sick their age decreases to about childhood. maybe toddler. They get fussy and cranky, whiney, very weakened. Its kind of funny in a way. Its amusing, I should say  Just noticing their change in behavior when sick.

You know why we are babies when we are sick? It is because you women are so mean to us all the time, but we can handle it when we feel good. However when we get sick, our defenses let down and we need to know that you really care about us. That and our moms probably spoiled us.

Vckums, what is pulling a gunner? Is that like in kingpin, when someone would get munsoned?

Gunner you're always saying you're gonna smack the wifey around a bit. I was gonna smack hubby around so I called it pulling a gunner...

Oh no, violence isnt the answer. I kid, that is what I do, I would be lying if I said I have never thought about hitting her, but I havent yet, and wont. She pisses me off sometimes, but never that bad. However what is funnier then domestic violence, huh, huh?

Last week or so she was bitching at me about something, when she starts doing that I just tune out. But she said something that struck a chord with me, cant remember now, but I am reading a book on D day, it is big and heavy. I brought that thing back and was going to throw it, and thought no I better not do that. She saw that and said oh go ahead you throw that and we are going to fucking throw down asshole. I started laughing, but she didnt. I was in the process of quitting chewing, and the doc gave me some of that chantix, thats when I knew it was time to stop that stuff. That is the closest I have come, and I know it is due to that damn crap I was taking.

The old marriage thing is tough sometimes, we have our fights but we make up quickly. Usually when we are at eachothers throats, I tell her, ok either we need to just duke it out here, or we need to go and do it.

You know I have to say my wife has been sick for the past couple of days, and she has been a huge damn baby about it. She has bronchitis and she is pregnant, big deal, wah. I had to take care of everything, cook, clean, bathe the child put her to bed, cause she couldnt stand up without feeling dizzy, UGH!!! So I did pull a gunner on her, beat her silly. Big deal she is sick and pregnant, grow up woman, you women are sooooo whiny.
