Check out this boat, they are attempting toset a record for circumnavigating the globe. It is powered by biofuel and cuts through waves, it can submarine up to a depth of 7 metres. You can pay to be a part of the crew at certain stages of the trip.

The goal of Earthrace is to set a new world record for a powerboat to circumnavigate the globe, running 100% renewable biodiesel fuel, and with a net zero carbon footprint. The amazing Earthrace boat will make the attempt, starting early March, 2008, from Sagunto in Spain.
