we go to upgrade our phones today cause they said we can come on the 22nd, but if we come a day or two early they will do it...so i go today which is a day early and the mother fuckers wouldn't do it....and to top that off now they are saying the computers won't let them do it till monday the 25th.
god dammit....

i don't know how it is at the cell phone stores round you but here it is a big ordeal...you'd think you walk in and you go to the counter and/or stand in line right...?

you have to 'sign in' via a touch pad screen with your cell number and your name and what you are there for...then, you peruse the store till they call you up...
i mean what the fuck?

Can you do this online? I know with ours we can do all that crap online. Screw going to the stores, they aren't worth it.

Do you have to deal with someone to check out the phones? If not go check them out, then pick the one you want and get it online.

I didn't have that problem they let me buy the phone without a hitch. After I lost the phone and had it deactivated they fucked me over. saying I owed them money. Apparently even though the phone was lost and deactivated therefore unusable I still had to pay the monthly plan fee. Ain't that a load of BS.
