As per Simon's own rule, advertising another site is NOT against T&C after you have been a contributing member more than 60 days.

Unfortunately, someone over at that other site holds a strong personal grudge and is therefore attempting to prevent membership growth here through threats and scare tactics.

It's childish, but it happens.

Glad you got things cleared up corey and it's always good to admit when you screwed up. That gives you the position on the higher ground.
