Patterson Footage -- Opinions?

What's everyone's opinion of the famous "Patterson" footage?


Personally, though I feel there is a bit too much "suspiciousness" surrounding it, I must say that I believe it to be authentic.

Just watching some of the cleaned up versions where you can CLEARLY see the muscles flexing as the creature/person walk sells it for me.

I just don't see that being possible (or at the very least SO evident) if it was a human being in a suit.


What do you guys think?

If it is a hoax, its a hell of a hoax. I have seen, and im sure most of us have, video of a person in a "big foot" suite. The comparison between the suite and the "Patterson" film tell me that it is not human. Thats my 3.5 cents...

My jury is still out.But I agree, if it is fake..they did a good job.It just takes a lot for me to believe stuff.No rose coloured glasses anymore.I would have to trip over one to believe it was real.

In my opinion ..... BigFoot exists .... as for the footage ...... it could be real but I doubt it :( ..... 50/50 .

I don't know little bro. I think it would be tough to reproduce the patterson footage even now.

If it WAS a hoax, the level of craftsmanship that went into the suit was AMAZING........and would be so even by today's standards. (not counting CGI naturally)

Sorry bro .... I just watch'd the footage today( 'cause I haven't seen it in a looong time ) :lol: .... it seemed pretty darn good this time around ........ but if it were a suit ... I'd love 2 own one :D .

Indeed.

I know there was a guy claiming that he was the one in the suit and he did a video demonstrating how he walked and his posture/gait was pretty close.

The only problem was, when placed in perspective with the PGF, he was 8 to 10 inches shorter than the person/creature in the PGF. And he was like 6'9".

I'll see if I can find the vid and I'll post it.

He also has the suit he claims he wore and if it IS the suit, it has basically fallen apart since then. It looks like shite!

i've thought long and hard about this...i think the footage is real...
if you watch close, it's all in the gait...when bigfoot turns to face the camera, the entire trunk turns...
humans don't turn that way...

Why do I say that, you ask?

No butt crack. There isn't a primate alive that doesn't have an asshole, people. Nothing can survive without elimination, so unless there is some sort of reverse digestion going on, that footage is fake as a cheap whore's 40 EEEs.
